My mom went and bought me breakfast for my birthday. It was great but they forgot my sausage. I called to let them know and the lady said I took your order and personally made it. I told her I enjoyed it and I appreciate you but you forgot it and that's okay, not a big deal. She told me I order there all the time and always have a problem. I told her I ask for things and purchase things a certain way. If I'm missing something, I'm going to send it back and ask for it. The receipt said sausage egg and cheese and the paper they sent to the kitchen said egg and cheese. I'm sorry that I want what I order. But when I call to tell you that made a mistake and you hang up in my face that's a problem. It was very rude and I don't want to come back now. And I know that makes you happy. You don't want my business anyway. Yes, I ate it all, it's my usual order so I wasn't upset then. But you would see grease on it if the sausage was ever on there. I wouldn't have called if it was right. I smile and leave when it's right.. Update: I dont eat here anymore, but my husband's food is good usually.

My friend drove 20 minutes to grab some food, and we got there around 2:30. We waited at the drive-thru for a few minutes with no one talking to us, so I suggested we just go inside to save some time. As we walked to the door, the lady rushed over to lock it and then told us they were closed. Like, seriously? They close at 3, and we were there 30 minutes before that. We’d been sitting at the intercom saying hello for 5 minutes. I even saw her just chilling at the window while we walked up. It’s so weird and rude that she didn’t say a thing, especially knowing they were closing so early. Like for example right now even though they claim to be closed a man I assumed she knows has been at the window for over 15 minutes talking and multiple people have come through the drive thru lane pissed because no one has said anything. Almost 6-7 workers came out of the restaurant so there were definitely enough people to let the customer know that there closed or that they've decided to close early. And it's not as if they were short staffed. Just ridiculous

My order was totally unacceptable!!!!! I had to go back to complete my order, very dissatisfied with the food and establishment. Save your money and go to chick fila. The truth!!! The worst meal I ever had!!!! When I went back to get my cheese grits they were ice cold(HORRIBLE)!!!! The eggs tasteless. They have taken their customers for granted, and they should close, the’ve been in existence too long. Although the person at the window seems kind and friendly, she wasn’t willing to make amends for her grievance mistake. So nothing was exchanged for her error. Bad mistake!!!! You always address your mistake with a pardon, gravy, soda, coffee, not none of that!!! Time for a change!!!! When you pay this type money for breakfast you expect the best. This was the worst!!

This place is the absolute worst!!! Ordered 2 breakfast bowls and it was nothing in there. I don’t expect a whole lot, but it was a quarter filled. Looks like maybe a half egg and a tiny bit of cheese. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. There was no cheese.

For the record…I didn’t call screaming or being rude. I just wanted to know why was this food so horrible. (I’ve come here 3 times, the food was wrong the second time and it’s not even good food.) The biscuit itself is the only good thing. The rest is basic with no taste.

I called to ask did the bowl at least come with a biscuit. As I’m talking to the first lady(white) and letting her know my concerns, she interrupted me and rudely and said” let me get a word in”. Rude as hell. Once I was done, she would have.

She then put me on hold( another came to the phone(black).Btw…I’m mentioning color because they wouldn’t give me a name. She literary come on the phone with an extremely elevated tone. Never said hello or anything. Her exact words “The bowl come with grits and 2 eggs”. I couldn’t believe such unprofessionalism and rudeness. I said mam, you are supposed to at least say hello or how can I help you. She wasn’t trying to hear it, so I told her we didn’t get 2 eggs for sure and the biscuit didn’t have any cheese on it. She said “OK”!!!! I literally said “I thought you would say I’m sorry about that or anything. So I asked her name and she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME.

I have the upmost respect for fast food employees and treat them great because I know they take a lot of stuff with little pay. But these employees are textbook ghetto, ratchet, rude and unprofessional as it gets.

Martins need to do better. I don’t know if they hire from the streets or people who have mental issues. But this owner need to actually care about who is working in there establishment and some basic customer service training would help. Have a standard...

Note to self….follow my first mind! Went to Martin’s today for a steak biscuit, in which I’ve done many, many times. However, the last two times weren’t the greatest experiences, but I gave them another shot nonetheless!

I was in the drive-through, and it was moving so slowly I decided to go into the restaurant, which I am really glad I did. Because I was able to see that they were fully staffed & had plenty of people working. Had I gone through the drive-thru, based on my experience, I would have assumed they were shorthanded.

I ordered my food and it took an extremely long time, but I thought it would be worth the wait. A young lady who came through the drive-thru came in and demanded another sandwich because she said her ribeye steak biscuit was cold. They argued with her back-and-forth, she demanded another sandwich and ended up getting it. I should have taken can notice of this because it could’ve save me some grief and money. I waited for my sandwich, asked for mustard, did not notice the young lady gave me grape jelly, went to my car and looked in the bag and realized I got grape jelly so I went back. I touched my sandwich as I was pulling off and it was absolutely cold just like the ladies sandwich. I started to go back, but I just decided not to, I literally just threw it away.

This is so unacceptable Martin’s. Everybody wants to blame bad service on one Covid, but Martin’s was fully staffed today and they were still serving cold food. No more excuses service industry get...

In short, Martin's is great place for everybody to visit. Even when they're slammed the service is great. I've never been disappointed with the food or service. Go in one you won't regret it. 💓💗💕❤💖 8/28/2017 Today is the first time that I have ever had inexcusable customer service from the Morrow location . I'll explain, I walked in a young lady of color with red braids was working on the register. She made no eye contact did not acknowledge my presence in any way. As she rang up a $1.95 Coke and proceeded to mark off the ticket. Only then did she acknowledge my presence. Only to say for here or to go. No smile, nothing. The atmosphere was totally opposite of what I am accustomed to. (Not friendly) Even the restaurant was unusually empty for this time of the morning. So it's my guess that I'm not the only one that has felt the change. I even attempted to call back to location to speak to a manager. But felt very uncomfortable with speaking to the woman that answer the phone that no empathy for my issue would be addressed. In total contrast I spoke with another location manager Wendy who was totally understanding. Even though she was not familiar with the location she addressed my concerns as they should be if it weren't for the distance from my home I would relocate to her location in Mableton just because of her customer service and the food.
