McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I normally don't write reviews because I normally get over people who irritate me. I don't blame anyone's attitude for long because I feel like everyone has those days! I went through the drive through, and went to the first window where they take your money. There was nobody at the window, so I just went to the second window...thinking okay maybe they just wanna get my money here...soon as I got to the second window, a young lady in a rude voice said I was waiting for you at the first window...clearly she was not. I then gave her my card, and she rolled her eyes at me and stomped off with the biggest attitude...Soon as I got my food, I drove off, not realizing she didn't give me my card back. So today, I was looking for my card, in a panic realized what had happened, so I called up to McDonald's and talked to the manager...luckily my card was safe. I didn't say anything to the manager on duty, bc I clearly just wanted my card, and to get going...he was very nice, but when your a manager you should be...I only wish that I would of gotten the eye rolling girls name...Just be aware, if you go to this McDonalds, you may get the worst customer service you will ever experience...not worth my son's happy meal or my...

The worst experience at a McDonald’s ever!!!! Usually this McDonald’s is pretty slow to give us our order if we’re ordering inside. I usually like this place mostly for the military discount and It’s the closest play place to the base where we live however today was ridiculous. They forgot my kids chocolate milk, hot fudge sundae and my coffee. Not a huge deal, but then realize my kid only got 3 chicken nuggets had to go up for that. Then the sundae barely had any fudge on it. Then we found a hair in our fries. Disgusting. We had been eating them and were half way done when I decided to pour them on a napkin and saw the hair. Then found hair in my caramel mocha. Then when I went to confront them saying I don’t even want another coffee just give me my money back an employee had very rude things to say and mocked me along with another off duty employee. I have never felt compelled to call a corporate office and complain until not. We’re a military family we’ve been everywhere. What a disgrace. Please don’t waste your money here. Go to another!!! This McDonald’s is so dissatisfying. The past couple times I’ve gone, it’s been below average. But tonight me and my brother go through because it’s the only place that’s open. There’s only one car in front of us. We have two meals to order that’s it. It takes 10 mins to get or order, and 10 more to make… With all this time the staff was taking we were expecting our food to be good and t. Wrong. Chicken nuggets, fries, and burgers??? Cold. And that women in the window with the red braids? I’ve never met someone more disrespectful at that age. It was unbelievable. No greeting. Literally puts my drink in my face while I’m trying to pay first. Then literally groans and smacks her mouth when simply just speaking back to her. To make matters even worse, while I’m putting the drinks in the cup holder she LITERALLY just puts the food on my window sill. I will be going to corporate about this. NO REASON for her to be as rude and disrespectful in our 4 minute interaction out of me waiting nearly 30 minutes. Simply doing your job and being KIND, is...
