Fully-staffed Closed Early Ignoring App Orders Already Placed and Left Several Cars just waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no response until turning off the lights.
Our McDonald's has hours on the door until 11pm but online and on the app it notes midnight. I have a confirmed mobile order at 10:54 right when I pulled up to the drive through to pick up my food (only a Coke and fries my kid wanted). The 6 people inside had ignored two cars (including mine) at the drive-thru lanes. In the next 6 minutes 3 more cars got in line at the drive through.
Nobody responded to us at the drive-thru, nor even attempted to tell us they were closed. At 11pm they started turning off the inside lights. At about 11:05 several cars backed up and left.
I tried to see if there's a way to cancel my order on the app, but there wasn't. I pulled around to the front and saw one worker eating, one taking up trash but 4 others were just milling about. When the person at the front eating answered my knock, he said he checked and my online order wasn't showing, so I asked for the manager's name and phone number but nobody came back.
The workers inside all made a few non-essential passes behind the register and cook area to glance out at me, but withlut a purpose, just doubling back to where they started.
It's bad enough to close early but pisses customers off when they just let you sit there. I'm also out the cost of my order and just plain mad that they would choose to close early and just mill about inside while ignoring customers who were waiting at the drive-thru.
At one point I saw some lady who appeared to be the shift manager also look out towards me but like everyone else just sort of had a smirk on her face and wanted to see the pissed off customer. Corporate apologized forwarded the feedback to the owner, who never responded.
The app and website posted open until midnight but they decided, fully-staffed to close at 10:53 pm and not even have the courtesy to tell customers waiting that...

At the pay window the young girl was confused and told me $9.52. I said no, I want the two for four. She called the manager on duty that took my order. The manager lady came to the window and snapped at me and said you changed your order. I said no, there's a misunderstanding with it. She proceeded to be rude and actually raised her voice towards me. I pulled to the next window after apologizing to the young lady taking money, and the manager lady opened the window started handing me my order. I said to her then, ma'am for a manager person you sure were rude to me. She actually told me rudely and loudly, "I'm from New York you don't know loud." I told her I'm very easy to get along with, and I'm very disappointed with her ACTIONS as a manager. She also told me she didn't have time for this, there was a line behind me. Well I told her I could care less if she's from New York, and I could care less if there's people behind me, I am the customer now. Frustrated!! I took my family to this poorly run establishment before church this morning. To start the experience, the "manager" was very unfriendly and could obliviously care less about the store or the customers. When I asked if I could have a few lids for our drinks, he handed me 3 lids and there was a small dead roach between them. The young lady who I quietly told that I needed new lids and why proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I got my food and the order was wrong. Once I got the correct food, I got to my seat only to find that my round egg was oozing raw egg white on my plate. I asked for the manager and showed him the egg and he took it away and brought another without saying a single word . As I stood at the counter, I saw AT LEAST 4 people come in that said they had been waiting 20+ minutes outside for their food. There were multiple people in the seating area waiting for their food including 2 ladies and 2 children that said they had been waiting for 40 minutes. There are 2 other McDonald's close by that provide excellent service. This store should either be closed down or start over with a new staff. I have never seen anything like this place. ...
