If you’re looking for quality customer service by professional food service personnel with smiling faces and a good attitude, stay away from here.
We came in on a slow afternoon. Had to wait at the register for a good bit before anyone came to take our order. One young man totally ignored us when we attempted to ask a question - I guess going on break was more important even though he walked right by us.
Then, we finally get to place our order. I guess the young lady was having a rough day, because it showed in her body language and tone of voice. She was very short with us, took our order, and walked off.
A manager or supervisor came in (I presume returning from break), and the first woman began complaining about things to her.
This second woman came to the register, and we asked for a receipt. She snatched it out of the machine and basically shoved it, two cup, and a plastic order number placard in our direction.
A few minutes later she arrived at our table with our order, mumbled something and tossed the tray with our food on our table and walked off.
Rotten attitudes do not make for a pleasant experience. It appears the entire team hates working here, and it shows. The employees are a reflection of management. Replace the management team with competent professionals, and things will change. Until that happens I will...
Read moreWent here with the family and got 8 mcchickens with no lettuce a large ice coffee and a large carmal frappe. When we got our order the mcchickens was over cooked and had no mayo on them the buns was burnt. My husband went to tell someone about it and had one of them so he could show them. All the worker done was took the mcchicken he had and had mayo added to it. She didn't do anything about the others we had. Some mcdonalds will add pickles on them also and we thought that's how these would come but nope they didn't. While my husband was asking about the mayo he asked the worker about the pickles, she said that they don't add pickles if the lettuce is taken off. She didn't say anything about we could have added the pickles to them. When he got back to where we was sitting they had added so much mayo to that one mcchicken I could have used some to spread it one probably three more. They workers didn't seem to care how the customers orders are. While we was there another worker came walking in and he got to telling her how the mcchickens was and she shook her head and asked if we had spoken to the manager we said no. She went and got her herself. The manager was really friendly and got the order redone with pickles...
Read moreCustomer service is some of the worst you will ever get to enjoy stopped by on Sunday August 22 2021 at around 8:30 am and the staff would rather argue with you about items then to explain anything then tell us we told them we did not order an item when we did instead of just getting it for us and charging us I honestly don't understand what the shift leader or managers problem was with us the girl at the window acted as if she doesn't understand English and wouldn't respond she just let the manager come and start to argue with us we ordered a homestyle breakfast with no eggs and received a platter with a biscuit and a piece of sausage then when we ask about the pancakes they say we told them we didn't want them which never happened then I ask about the gravy which apparently doesn't come with the biscuits like it shows in the picture which if it doesn't that's fine I will pay for it no reason to argue and make a huge problem and slow the line of all the cars wrapped around the building for something so petty such a shame no one knows customer service or problem solving or leadership but honestly nothing is ever going to change no one cares about customer service except...
