Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

I really wish i could give this more stars but unfortunately this was my worst visit ever to a waffle house. There were two of us we both ordered tbone steak and eggs. One med well with eggs cooked hard and over cooked hashbrowns one med rare with eghs over medium and over cooked hashbrowns with toppings. I also asked for wheat toast. The steaks were white they barely looked like they touched the grill. Both of us got a slice of texas toast barely on the grill long enough to melt the butter the hasbrowns were barely browned on the top layer and barely cooked under that. Niether of us recieved our eggs. Asked the waitreas for the eggs and she hadnt even noticed that our steak and eggs had no eggs. We heard her as the cook who replied "what eggs". A little later a plate of very undwrcooked eggs were placed on the table. One order not two and the whites of the eggs were still runny. A few bites in and my stomach felt funny so of course i stopped eating them. A refund was requested for the eggs not recieved, didn't evem mention the under cooked eggs to them. No refund and no appologies. We were told that eggs and hasbrowns dont actually come with the t bone ot is sold separately. Im sorry why would i gonto waffle house just for a tbone? The only reason wojld be for steak and eggs. The place was empty but service was very slow and the cook seemed more interested in perfecting her omlets then anything else. Im sorry but i can not reccomend going to this particular waffle house. Its sich a shame because i remember when waffle house was so amazing! Seema quality has gone down and...

We went first to the one neat McDonald's after sitting for a couple of mintues were informed it would be around 20 mintues before they could get to us because they were swamped with plenty of call ins. So my grandkids decided no we not waiting that long then have to wait for it for food to get cooked we been on the road for 4:30 mintues. As we was leaving parking lot deciding where to eat at I noticed another Waffle house on the other side of I-20. I asked do we want to see how long it will take or go some where else. They said let's go n find out they been wanting Waffle House for hours. So when we got there I asked before sitting down did not want to waste any more time. I was told they would cook it right away so I noticed they were thinking so I explained and one said they were sorry to hear I was told that and that they would take care of us. Food is good, but they will not answer the phone when I call to give my order like they did on this morning and last 3-4 times I called, so I don't eat and they lose money, and I happen to pass it on the way to go get something else and only 1-3 people so they aren't to busy to answer the phone and take orders, SO they are purposely not taking orders, and losing money! And I believe Waffle house should be checking this because I think it's the workers there not answering so they don't have to bother! And that costs Waffle house $$ and It's a bigger issue than they think! I WENT TO WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN, THEY NO LONGER TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE, THIS WILL HURT THEM, I WOULD PICK-UP FOOD AND EAT THERE MORE OFTEN. BUY SINCE THEY DO NOT TAKE PHONE ORDERS THEY WILL LOSE BUSINESS. IF YOU HAVE TIME TO GO SIT AND EAT THERE IT IS GOOD AND FOOD WAS GREAT. AND SERVICE INSIDE.
