I'm not the type of person to give reviews because I believe that reviews is only for the negative people who only see the worst in things to have a place to let it all out. I see that every situation has a positive hiding where they can not see it. They are blinded by there madness and over look the beauty that is shining for attention. I'm more of a happy person than to complain and I know there is better things to talk about than what you do not like. But this night this McDonalds made me become angry and ready to fight. I found myself cursing out loud and thankful no one was close to me to see my maddiness. I was in the drive thru for almost an hour and this was not the first time with a long wait in the drive thru. Everytime I come here it was a long wait over 20 or 30 minutes wait, order not correct, food cold, and by the time you approach to the pickup window, they are lost of what you order, or it was not ready considering how long I waited before I came up to get my food. This time I was asked did I pay for my food, so I showed her my receipt and I had to park to get the rest of my order. Waited an hour in line for my order not to be ready, ridiculous. The person behind my car kept honking at me to move when I could not move with a car in front of me. Please if any manager or owner that cares about your business at this location needs to do something about this long gas burning waiting for your food. This is supposed to be fast foods not slow tip toe foods. If they would just speed up the drive thru, this place would be amazing. The manager was loudly arguing with a cook in the back while the lobby was full of customers with one register open (kinda like Walmart, you know a bunch of people walking around doing nothing watching the lines get backed up but still not opening more registers lol). The girl at the register had to be new or at least I hope she was because she had no clue what she was doing... Took her almost 10 minutes to take the order of the couple in front of me. After she took their order, she and 4 other employees just dispersed like there were no customers waiting in line, including the manager & a crew trainer! When somebody finally did come to take my order, she (crew trainer) had so much attitude that it took every fiber of my being not to return her level of rudeness, initially. She was so focused on trying to rush the line (I'd been waiting 15-17 minutes at this point) that instead of waiting for me to actually finish my order, everytime I said an item, she immediately gave me my total. I kept having to tell her I wasn't done ordering & her attitude kept getting worse. After about the 3rd time, I just said "f*$k this!" and walked out leaving without food or my husband, who by the way, did a mobile order while I was standing in line and it still took him at least an additional 10 minutes to get his food AFTER I walked out. Read moreThis complaint is referring to Order #1368; I ordered a 2 for $3 double cheeseburger, a small fry, a hamburger plain only ketchup, and a 4 piece nugget. I should've checked the bag before I left but, I didn't so when I came back and told them; it took over 10 mins to be told "I'm not getting you anything" because my friend got angry and said F this McDonald's. It's very irritating because the General manager set up the bag because the fries were being made but had to tend to a problem in the back in the office which I believe she was counting someone's drawer so, they could leave; not a problem. The problem is they don't communicate with one another. The assistant manager with the royal blue shirt knew about the small fry but said she not going to bag because she didn't see what happened so, I asked the cashier could she get the general manager but she pointed and said she's right there. I seen the kind cashier that was working the drive thru window at the first window and she remembered my order and I was trying to get her to get the GM because no one in the front was any help. Then the assistant manager finally said "I put the small fry in the bag" but, I guess she forgot I had another order. I had to remind her and she walked off and continued to clear the orders in the window.
