McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

(2025) Should be voted the best McDonalds in the region. The Riverwatch-Washington Rd location is another wonderful place to enjoy any meal of the day. But, yeah...I'm giving out stars today. Thank you for making my McDonalds great.

Three years later...

After the huge remodel (2020-2021), and a few changes in crew/mgt, I gave it another try and you know what? SHAZAM!!! They made me pump the brakes omw home. Thanks to good people like Charles, we can now stop going to the 'other McDonalds' at the end of Riverwatch and Washington road. The Fries are back to being Hot and Tasty.

One short year later... WHERE DID THE NICE PEOPLE GO?

Everyone loves the 'Slushie' especially my grands, but this McDonalds is challenged in getting me a Slushie without a hitch.

First visit, a manager gave me one of two ordered slushies. When I asked about my second slushie, she yelled,

'How many slushies did he order?' (FAIL)

My second visit, after expressing I would like two fruit flavored slushies the manager told me,

manager: 'He is working on the machine.' (FAIL -What machine?) Me: 'Oh! Are we closing the machine down for the night (7pm)? manager: ''He is working on the machine.' (FAIL -He? Who? What?) Me: How long does the cleaning take? manager: 'One and a half hours.'

She had zero customers inside and outside but seemed rushed and unorganized to the degree that she wasn't as polite as she might be picking up her paycheck...

This McDonalds has a great location but if that is all you expect then give them a try... I'm going to drive across Bastion Road to the OTHER McDonalds. 2018 Review

Best served Fries in town.

Many McDonald's operate without knowing this simple global fact, except for the Fury's Ferry Road location, you have the best Fries in the world when they are hot!

Fries are always cold or extremly salty and they are putting a ton on mayo on sandwiches to where it's gross. I like mayo and extra mayo what they put on there is well beyond that. I took a mc chicken back to the counter for this exact reason, the manager asked what was wrong I explained and showed her. She then asked if I wanted a sandwich with no mayo and I told her no I just want and sandwich with the regular amount of mayo on it. She then loos at the sandwich and ask me if it has lettus on it, I told her yes it did(she couldn't tell or not through the mayo) she then calls out a remake on a mc chicken with light mayo. The boy in the back start laughing and had her the sandwich. I get my sandwich and get back to my table to open my sandwich to no lettus and a pea size amount of mayo on my sandwich and no I'm not kidding on the amount. I was baying aggravated and ate my dry plain sandwich while my kids played and we left. Tables and floor are always a mess and dirty. I had another issue last visit where I ordered a bacon big mack with no oions, I got my food sandwich looked nice for once I open it to find no bacon at all. I took it to the counter explained it had no bacon and that when she calls it to be remade make sure the new one has no onions to please. I get the new sandwich get to the table to open it and find still has no bacon and did have onions. I go back to the counter, she ask them about it then proceeds to tell me they said big Mac sause has onions it it so...I said no mam it doesn't it has pickets in it no onion pieces at all and that I've been ordering them like that my whole life and never got onions in my sauce....she then went and made it herself and I was finally able to go...

Extremely rude employees at the window. Almost like they were on drugs, very slow, ignored us and had a blank stare, when I said have a good day I was ignored a few mins after delayed speech, delayed motor skills, and employee made no eye contact to mumble “HaVe A NiCe DaY”…which was creepy and robotic. Maybe prejudice? I have no clue but this place has went DOWNHILL I hope they get new owners or management before they shutdown completely. I have been given old food before too, cheese old, biscuits hard as rocks. They don’t care. Also, If employees lack common decency, customer service and respect maybe they shouldn’t be at the window. My mom and I were completely ignored as if we were not people at both windows. Crystal the manager has always been amazing but i don’t know what’s going on with these 2 employees but I’ve been going here for a very long time and will never go back, even if they were the only place to exist and I’m dying of hunger. If they treat customers this way there is no telling what the employees will do to the food. Hire better employees that actually wanna be there. Also, every time I go there they are never busy and still make you wait on your order for 15 mins.. maybe worth 7 dollars an hour… definitely not 13-15. Regardless of how wonderful the manager is i...
