Worst mcdonalds I have ever went to. My order was wrong the first time but I didn't say anything. 2nd time only a half a pc of burger, guess it broke or something. Instead of finding other half or throwing it away I got just that half pc on my burger. .. then next time was ok. Then 4th time they messed up both burgers and chicken sandwich. .and gave me coke instead of dp and the 2 sundaes was milk bc completely melted. They let them set there and melt. And I didn't no until I got home which is 2 blocks.. so this time I complained and they replaced 2 burgers and chicken and 2 drinks but not sundaes. They pulled my car and I waited 10 mins. Grr then they forgot my drinks. So had to have her go back to get them .. 1 was right other a coke, after i got home and my son tasted it. So still wrong. Then I ordered a wrap also and of course I pd for it.. they didn't bring it so had to ask for it.. so had to go back in and get it. So after 3 trips order still wrong. .. now the mcdonalds on columbia rd is where I will go even if 15 - 20 mins NC order always right and the best customer service u will ever have. But dummy me kept trying to give this new one on jimmie dyess another chance. But when u spend 25 dollars for fast food. U expect it to be correct and not pulled to wait that long for a order..I am done with this one. And I thought omg it's just me I guess over and over.. but then I heard a few ppl at work saying they won't go back to them again. And I asked why. And was told. And it's the same issue as mine... this one is about 2 blocks or a little less from me so even the kids could walk there. But being that close I could stop on the way home from work and still nice and hot. But they can't get it together even when this one was a makeup order that was completely wrong.i will go to columbia rd. Great ppl and order always right..and I will just keep one of the insulated go bags in the car...dang I didn't even want to give 1 star, but it makes me click on at least 1..I would love to talk to the mgr and let her maybe have them get me my order correct. And would b nice for once someone say ty ..or have a good day.. or smile or something. I have had my order wrong many times. I did call for a mgr on April 15 . I was told they were not available but to bring my receipt back in and it would be replaced. I wish mcd would see these post. And come by that mcds , go thru drive thru .. order and see how long it takes and have your car pulled and still 20 more min wait. And had to come back 2 more times and it still wrong.. I don't want to leave my number here lol. But I would love to...

I’m not sure how efficient the daytime employees are but the late night employees at this location are so bad that I would drive across town before I ever go back. I’m not exaggerating when I say that each of the 6 times I have gone through their drive thru was a bad experience. Every single step of the way is frustrating. It begins with having to wait for anyone to ask for your order and when they do acknowledge the fact that you are there they tell you (not ask you) to wait. I’m not sure why because I will literally be the only customer there. And if that isn’t enough to make you wonder, the few minutes you’re listening to them talking to each other (and NOT about anything related to mcdonalds) bc they are still on the intercom should. And when they do get around to taking your order they make no attempt to be friendly and sound annoyed by your being there. Once you’ve finished ordering you’ll go on to pay and whether or not the first round of rudeness was enough to make it a bad experience, you’ll get seconds of bad customer service following with a ridiculous wait time that makes no sense for the amount of customers present. I will say that my order has been correct but the service is just unacceptable period. Thinking of going to this McDonald’s? Bet you will change your mind after reading the rest of this review. The last time I went to this place (maybe a few weeks ago) I experienced the same crappy service and then the most disgusting unsettling thing happened. As the lady proceeds to give me my food I see an opened, unrolled...wait for it..... CONDOM hanging from the ledge of the window. I don’t know how it got there or if it was used and frankly I don’t care. I was so grossed out that I didn’t even want to stay for a refund. I just left and threw the food in the trash. I didn’t even have an appetite to eat something else. It still makes me sick to think about it. Still want...

If you have to wait 20 minutes for your order at least make sure the fries are fresh. If your like me then you eat what your mouth waters for; otherwise your standing in your kitchen with every cabinet open, 5 donuts, 2 sodas, a sandwich with a side of pickle and a Totino's pizza in the oven that your watching so close it feels like an eternity. I downed that sucker with a bottle of ranch and yet I'm still hungry; because my cravings weren't satisfied. 30 pounds and 5 pants sizes larger I realize I need to get what I crave otherwise I will be in debt with a grocery bill. I daydream about everything (go ahead and laugh) including food. Come on, let's not act like you don't send a text while sitting on the porcelain throne. Were all over indulged homosapiens. Anyways, my mouth waters and I fantasize about yummy hot McDonald's fries, yes fries! Not your burgers, or chicken sandwiches, your HOT fries. I pull up and order and I am then asked to pull forward because it is being cooked fresh. Twenty minutes later I see an angel with a halo handing me my bag I thank them like they told me I won the lottery. This part no one admits; I drove off in a rush to cram my hand in the bag and fill my mouth full of McDonald's Hot fries. I reached in and disappointment rang from my fingertips. My heart broke like I was 16 and got dumped. If you only knew how bad it affected us and why we get mad and throw food and curse the people behind the counter, well this is your reason.
