McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

It feels unfair to even put 1 star. The WORST experience Ive ever had. There were 2 customers in front of me. Placed my order and began to wait. Started to think the waiting period took an excessive amount of time already, but finally, our number was next. Waited 5 more minutes for the next number to be called and it completely skipped our number. they realized they had called out the wrong number, so we go up there to get our order and the cashier decides to inform us that they were currently out of chip ahoy McFlurrys and asked us if we wanted a different flavor. Discussed which one we wanted when a different employee turned around and found it.I proceeded to tell an employee that I had a kids coke on my order because the drink machines are out of order. He completely looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Finally asked someone to get the drink and she seemed very distracted talking to someone else that I was standing there waiting for a drink for 5 minutes and she still had not handed me the drink yet. I then realized that there was absolutely no ice in the drink and ended up walking out.Im not asking for merchandise free or anything. Just please correct the actions in...

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen as far as my treatment like trash. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful to me. They never called my name or number when my order was ready. They forgot to give a drink which I told them specifically to give a diet coke. They gave me a regular coke which made my sugar spiked up because I'm diabetic. I was already driving when I didn't realize I was getting sick . They were so rude that one sweet lady with her beautiful baby girl handed me straw instead of the staff. All they did was just stare at me. The drink machine is behind their work station so I don't know what type of drink she gave I couldn't go back cause I was on the road. Do not go to this place. I am filling out a complaint about this piticular location. Unfortunately most are likely the same, but this is the worst. These people will end up hurting someone in the future with their lack of professionalism and compassion. I'm a customer spending my hard working money like everybody else. Nothing close to our house but I swear this place can’t even make up the stuff that goes on.

July 1 24. Order online and had to call from the drive through to tell them I was even here. Literally waited 30 minutes for two chicken sandwich’s and a fry. They are just clueless

February 2024 I’ve been just driving to Emerson location because the service is so bad here!

7/29 augh they still suck so bad. Ordered multiple times online and pay on the app then they don't have what you ordered. Then they wanna replace it was something cheaper. They made me a macchiato without coffee. I came home and added coffee to it. SMH. I'm gonna a leave a review everytime cause I'm over this McDonald's location.

Worst place every. The employees are horrible!! They are slow and it takes 30+ minutes everytime to go through the drive through. They can't do the basics at this location. Advise to go across the street to Burger King or Popeyes! I will not come back to...
