I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an ongoing issue I have experienced at your location, specifically concerning the quality of the food. It has been quite some time since I last visited your establishment due to the consistent disappointment in the freshness and taste of the dishes I have ordered.
On each occasion I have dined at your restaurant, I have found my food to be unacceptably cold and seemingly old. It has become evident that the food has been left sitting for prolonged periods, resulting in a significant detriment to both the taste and overall dining experience. As a customer, it is disheartening to receive a meal that does not meet the expected standards.
Recounting my most recent visit on August 18th, 2023, I regret to inform you that my concerns were once again confirmed. The food I received adhered to the unfortunate trend of being both cold and stale. The taste further did not meet the desired level of enjoyment, leaving me quite dissatisfied with my dining experience overall.
I believe it is imperative for a restaurant to consistently deliver fresh and appetizing meals to maintain a loyal customer base. Considering the recurring nature of this issue, I felt compelled to make you aware of my experiences. I hope you understand the importance of addressing and rectifying this matter, not only for my personal satisfaction but also to ensure the continued success of your establishment.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the procedures regarding food preparation and storage, with the intention of implementing measures to prevent this issue from persisting in the future. Should you require any further details or feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at [your contact information].
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I sincerely hope to see improvements in the quality of the food at your location. I believe that with the appropriate measures in place, your restaurant can once again become a preferred choice for many discerning diners.

Read morePLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! I visit this location from time to time simply because it’s in close proximity to my house. The service is hit or miss and the food is … well it’s McDonald’s.
This morning I went there and my order came to about $20. I gave the cashier a $100 bill and she went to get her manager to make change. Immediately the manager came to the window loudly criticizing the employee yelling, “You must not know how to count!” She then gave me change but ironically the change was incorrect. When I called it to her attention she was extremely confrontational and accused me of stealing my own money. Instead or admitting her wrong, she walked away from the window. Finally, she gave me the remainder of my change while still being extremely disrespectful and combative to say the least.
At this point, I requested a refund. No one should pay their hard earned money only to be disrespected and mistreated. There had been no exchange of any goods or services and so this should have been an easy feat. She refused to refund me saying, “ I don’t give refunds.” I ended up having to call the authorities for them to only tell me it was a civil matter. When the police was present she agreed to refund me only to go back on her word when they left. She instead came outside and began harassing me. This whole situation was traumatizing and embarrassing considering she acted a complete fool.
Ultimately, I ended up leaving without my money or any food. At this point almost $20 was stolen from me. This manager lacked decorum on a major level and obviously needs evaluation immediately. I would suggest that no one visit this location, but if you do please know that you are walking on thin ice with the current management.
I do plan on pursuing this matter to rectify...
Read moreAlways disappointed with my service at McDonalds, especially this one. I’ve written several bad reviews for this location over the last few years, but I keep coming back because it’s right by my workplace. The wait is almost always 10+ minutes, even if there’s only 2 people in the drive thru. If you try to order inside it’s even worse, nobody stands up at the register to take orders and they act like you’re inconveniencing them when you order inside. The other day I had placed an online order for pickup and I stood around 6 other people at the counter looking around for someone to help us for about 15 minutes. At this location I’ve gotten several cold burgers, lots of unsalted fries (with hair in them once), missing sauces I paid extra for, and etc. all over the last several years and I don’t see it ever getting much better.
What I really wanted to complain about is this, I’ve come to this McDonalds twice over the last 2 days and both times got a large iced caramel coffee with extra caramel. Neither of those times did they put any caramel in it, and this morning when I asked “is there extra caramel in there?” the lady in the window caught an attitude with me and lied straight to my face when I could see there wasn’t any in there. If y’all don’t have caramel just say it, because I’ve been having to pay for something I’m not receiving and that’s pretty offensive to me as a repeat customer. I already think it’s ridiculous that they make you pay for extra sauces when you don’t even get them in the bag most of the time and with some p1$$ poor service on the side. Despite the fact that it’s a minute away from me, I’m going to do my best to try and go to other McDonalds before this one if I can help it. Extremely tired of trying to give...
