American Wings & Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in McDonough

I was very disappointed in the customer service today. I order from here on the regular and usually everything is fine besides wings cooked to hard but usually if I ask to cook soft they will. Well I always get the shrimp fried rice and today when I order it I have a little surprise in my shrimp fried rice when I start getting to the end. And what do I find a big piece of egg shell! I call over just to let them know because like I said I eat there often and they tell me to bring it over so they can see. Now I stated on phone I was going to just throw away because I was down to the end anyways but just wanted them to be more careful next time. They said no to bring in so they can see. I did that and when I got there the Manager Princess act like I put it there . So I’m just saying people we spend good money to support these businesses and if we’re being nice by letting them know so it doesn’t happen again we shouldn’t have to argue with them about it. Tried to call ahead and order. I called 5 times and it would just ring and ring then someone would reject the call so I drove up here . They had a few people in the lobby waiting but the phone was not ringing . I then ordered and asked the cashier Yana if they are not taking call in and she said yeah they are . So I asked why nobody answered and she told me maybe the phone is broke but I then called the phone number and it rang right in front of me and the girl next to her just walked away from it. Food is always good but these females at the register and their attitudes needs to be worked on . Not customer friendly at all and then they raised the prices of the food . Might as well just keep going to American Deli instead of this place smh only reason I came was for a certain flavor wing but customer service out weighs food quality when there are 10 other wing spots around...

BAD SERVICE… ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE… The service of this business is terrible, no customer service. While I was ordering, the “lady” told me that they couldn't give me the order the way I wanted it, even if I paid differently in advance... I ordered two flavors of wings with fries... when I picked up the order, she only gave me one dressing for 20 wings, I asked her for extra and she told me with an attitude that I had to pay for it... as well as the salt for the fríes ... I told her, ma'am, I have no problem paying for my order... she continued with her negative attitude...
