Visiting from FL with my family and we found this dump. Horribly slow and just bad customer service all the way around. They advertised $5.25 lunch specials but that's only for those dining. They had no intention on letting us know that they were upcharging us until my brother asked. I mean do you have a lunch special or don't you? I knew this place was run by thieves at that point but since we already paid for our orders I truly did not want to make a scene (I detest people that do). My brother's cell phone comes up missing, which he got on his tablet and tracked it back to Asia Garden. My brother went in to ask for his phone and the cashier blamed it on "two black girls" that had previously been there. The most insane part is that as my brother leaves the establishment he receives an email via his tablet which consisted of a short voice message. In the message you hear my brother asking for his phone and the cashier guy blaming the black girls as well as the cashier saying that my brother could look on the counter or call the police. After a second or two of russling sounds (pocket action) the message is over and the phone went to voicemail. These people are thieves amd how dare they blame thievery on those that you make your money from? Please stay away the food was not worth the wait, I should have made a scene for my money back as soon as I felt trickery. Unfortunately, now my brother is out of an extremely expensive phone because the cashier or establishment owner felt that he truly needed this phone so badly. Seriously sickening. If I could give no stars at all I would but for the purpose of this review I had to give...
Read moreI’ve been going here a long time. It’s a hit or miss with the taste but they lost me as a customer permanently after today. I ordered noodles. I asked for no carrots. My husband heard me place the order asking for no carrots. The guy repeated it. Well, I gets home and it’s lit up with carrots. I called and they said I had to bring the plate back but I wasn’t burning that much gas to go right back there. So they said “well I’ll give you 10% off next time,” Well I started trying to eat it and it was extremely dry. I couldn’t eat much of it. So, I saved it and decided to take the plate back. When I took it back, the wife said “I’m only going to let them make you half because you ate out of it.” With as much money my husband and I spend there, she tells me that. Not only that, she was slamming drawers and things because she hated to even do that. And with that attitude I definitely wasn’t letting them fix anything for me so I told her just give me half of my money back since you were giving me half of a plate. She was pissed. She slammed the drawer open and slammed it closed. These people are stingy and disrespectful. I won’t ever spend another DIME here. I’m telling my friends and...
Read moreUpdated 10/03/17 The food was always good before but now I'm not so sure with the new owners. We asked for sauteed string beans and for the first time ever I hated the vegetables at a Chinese restaurant (buffet tables are hit or miss but this place is a cook to order restaurant). The string beans tasted completely dead and lifeless. They were frozen for heavens sake! I had the waiter strike them from the final bill it was that bad. My son said I sounded like Gordon Ramsay critiquing the dish especially when I finished my description of the food as ..."disgusting". Sadly there aren't many places we enjoy the food near us and this used to be one of them. We will try them again to see if their other dishes are still decent. My favorite was their Mu-Shu (chicken, pork or shrimp) I just needed to remind them to go light on the salt as it was often a little too salty. I dread what I will get now but I will brave it for the sake of comparison. As the new owners have done away with the Hibachi dishes the old owners offered, my son is very sad to miss the one thing he used to eat from there regularly. I'll...
