McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

Wow! Placed a really simple order of a medium sweet tea and four piece nuggets (for my dog). Got to the window and they said $5.86, no problem paid $5.86 and pulled to the next window. Woman hands me a bag and I said I still need the sweet tea, she said $1.92, I said I already paid for the tea, she said it wasn’t on the order, I looked in the bag and saw nuggets and fries, I handed the bag back and said this is not my order (just thought they gave me someone else’s order) she got another woman and she just said $1.92, I once again said I already paid 5.86, she said that’s not what her screen says, show me your receipt, I told her I did not get one he just gave me 15c back, I did not order any fries just the tea and 4 nuggets, and she just said I have to pay for tea, I understand English is not her first language but now she was getting testy, I asked that she get someone else and the guy now standing behind her said just give him a sweet tea, she refused and walked away. They had to go get a fourth person to correct the order and he said we are not perfect we make mistakes, I assured him I understood and all I wanted was the...

So today I went into this McDonald's I want to say around like 530 or something like that. I am currently work at a gas station , a well known one. I had a horrible day that day and I had left my good charger at home by mistake. I had my 6 year old son with me. I was at the regions bank next door and found out a check that I didn't even spend was already cashed and basically I never touched the money. On top of all of that my son has been behaving horrible in school. I'm a single mom and unfortunately his dad isn't around and he's never seen or talked to him before. A worker let me borrow thecharger. I had such a horrible day. A guy from behind the counter came and tried to talk to Me, gave me a cup of water , and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. I replied no but accepted the water. Someone behind the counter said i was crying like a big baby... not sure who said it ...i honestly dont care but I appreciate that young man being so kind to me in that moment. Visited this restaurant tonight for the first time in a while and decided to try ordering in the App. On arrival I clicked the 'Here' button and entered my spot number. Received email at 6.24pm confirming payment. 6.40pm and still no food so I went in. My order was ready....not sure if they had just completed it or it had been ready but no-one brought it out. The manager (said his name was 'Oh' I think) was very abrasive. I asked what was the point of the App if they Drive thru was much quicker. He told me not to use the app and use the Drive Thru (not sure Corporate would like to know he was telling customers that). He kept saying 'Take your food and go. Bye-Bye. Thankyou' in a very rude manner. And then said if I didn't like anything to just call the 1-800 number and complain...he didn't care. I got 1/2 mile down the road only to find I was missing one of my fries so had to go back. He was even ruder at this point and didn't even apologize.
