McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

You guys always and I mean always for the past 4 years seem to hire the worst person ever to be front and center so glad that short lady isn’t the manager anymore . They are always angry , not friendly , snappy and rude and that’s not just this experience ! I’ve bitten my tongue enough but your employee today just about did me in . I waited on the parking lot for 4 minutes while your employee was making out with his gf/wife before I inched into the only parking spot available next to them . Due to the car door wide open and their tongues down each others throat I could only pull in halfway to the spot . After another minute I tapped the horn maybe they didn’t see or hear the car pull in and this guy whips around with pure hatred in his eyes/ face . I gently motioned can you close the door just a little bit no he gave me an even dirtier face than before. He then proceeded to still make out with the girl in the car , out of his shear audacity after 20 seconds more I honked again just kindly asking him to close the door just a little . The audacity of this kid to continue making out with the lady having me have to park crooked . Then he stares me down the whole way getting out the car to walking inside the restaurant, made sure to turn back around and give me another angry glance as if I was the one at fault?once inside he keeps looking over at us with a huge smug grin and then turning it into a ugly frown scare tactic face . The whole time he kept looking over at me and my daughter with this dead eye angry face then smirk and walk away. When half our order came and he called it 5 times I proceeded to tell him that’s only half we are waiting on the rest to witch he made me repeat myself three times with that a mug face every time , till I said ‘ I said what I said you heard it we are waiting on another order’ to witch he gave that same snug look then ugly face and smiled then laughed and walked away then turned once more and gave that same intimidating look (to be honest it wasn’t it was more scary the fact that he did this from the start like he gets away with things all the time and doesn’t care.) hopefully the manager sees this it’s the kid with the bowl hair cut, older red car came in to do the cashier front register around 6:30 .I would of told the manager but they were interviewing someone at the time, and this kid just seemed off his freaking rocker with the tactics he was choosing to display so openly at his job...

I went to this Floyd McDonalds because I thought my experience would be better than the veterans memorial restaurant and it wasnt, just as horrible. I never liked McDonalds, customer service and food quality is generally subpar for my lifestyle however my girlfriend likes McDonalds so here I am Sunday afternoon getting lunch for us. I told the employee in the drive thru my mobile order , I was then directed to the first window. When I reached the first window an employee (African American male ) gave me the wrong order, I told him this wasnt my order and he laughed and said What did you order? I was confused and hesitated because I thought I had made a mistake and he laughed again and asked as if to make fun of my confusion, You don't know your own order? I told him I had a mobile order and he stormed off. Another employee (Hispanic male) then came up and asked me what did I order, I again told him my mobile order. He gave me my order and asked for the order that the previous employee had given me, I told him I dont think thats a great idea because I had already touched the bag and looked through it. He then told me he had to ring it up, I guess for food costs. I told him what was in the bag and he insisted I give him back the order, however I again told him that we are in a pandemic (I didn't want to transfer my germs to him or anyone else) That must've frustrated him because he flung the drinks into my hands and unfortunately I didn't receive my Dasani Water or the receipt. My spicy chicken tasted weird like rubber and mcchicken tastes better. I hope somebody receives this and is proactive because my experience was horrible. I never want to spend my money at/with...

This McDonald's is a joke. I go to this McDonald's every morning and I take 2 friends and a elderly guy that loves their morning coffee and we have had this same routine every morning for the past 4 months. We continued to frequent this particular location because it is a convenient location but AGAIN today, we were harrassed by the manager about how many creamers we use. Mind you, there are 4 of us. Between all 4 of us, we use 22 creamers. My friend and I use 5 a piece and the other two people use 6 a piece. Since when in the world did 5 or 6 become a outlandish number? So, not only has a crew member been rude but the manager has been rude too. Today was the last straw. The manager told the elderly man who comes with us (who is a disabled vetran by the way) that we need to use a more reasonable amount of creamers. What is the point of coming for coffee if we can't drink it the way we want? Is 5 creamers per person, even 6, really a unrrasonable amount? Are you serious? This isn't the only issue we have had either. Just the sheer fact that the manager has been rude to us. We normally stay outside and the elderly gentleman goes in to get the coffee for 3 of us then our other friend orders her own and we get creamer for her because she is elderly as well and can't stand for long. As I already stated, what is the point of coming if we can't make our coffee the way we like it? We just won't come back period. You can keep your 22 crramers if they mean that much to you. It's just funny that the manager never comes to me or my friend, she always targets the elderly man to harass. I guess that's how she gets her kicks, picking on old men. She...
