My significant other and I ordered Mongolian chicken and mushroom shrimp from this restaurant. I specifically requested mushrooms only, with added cashews in my shrimp dish. However, upon receiving the food, we found only 4 -5 pieces of shrimp, an abundance of mushrooms, and various other vegetables. Despite confirming the order multiple times over the phone, the restaurant failed to get it right. When I called back to express my dissatisfaction, she told me to bring it back so she could “see it for herself”, which I did. She initially claimed it was my fault for not mentioning my zucchini allergy. Eventually, she provided a partial refund after telling me she was only giving me a $10 bill because I was at fault for not telling her. (My order was $13). It was also pointed out that if you get any shrimp dishes it comes with other vegetables. “If you got shrimp with broccoli it would come with other vegetables” . Mind you, there is a specific order for shrimp with vegetables. The Mongolian chicken was disappointing, with chewy meat and excessive onions. (See photo below). The only saving grace was the crab rangoons. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience. Save yourself some money and go to other nearby restaurants. The shrimp plate “fried rice” looked as if it was rice-a-roni, specifically the broccoli and cheddar one. I wish I would have taken a picture of the shrimp dish, as the rice was different. However, what wasn’t different was the fact that the rice looks like boxed rice, again refer to picture below. I know Uncle Ben’s, rice a roni, etc, when I see it. Staff was rude and I don’t see them being in business much longer if they do not fix their customer service. Let’s be honest, all those other vegetables were there to cover up the fact that I got 4-5 shrimp for $13.

Edit Maybe it should be stated that there is a vegetable medley in each of your shrimp dishes. That is false advertisement. I will not be giving another chance after being told “it’s not my fault, you didn’t tell me your allergy so I’m only giving you $10 back”. That is not the customer service attitude that should be portrayed when someone tells you that they have an allergy to a certain vegetable, when there was no way for me to know that zucchini, baby corn, carrots, onions, water chestnuts were going to be in a ‘shrimp and mushroom dish’. It was absolutely not advertised or told, and you should be thankful that someone has not ended up in the ER...

I called and placed a order from here and my car ran hot. ( it must have been a sign as it has never done that before) I called back and tried to cancel my order so they wouldn’t be waiting for me as it was an hour away from closing time and the lady did not care one ounce, which at first I understood because they had to use ingredients and their time totally understand. But She literally was saying “ so you aren’t going to come get the food,” “ but it’s done” and “ just door dash it” feeling bad even though I was in my own pickle , I did DoorDash the food which doubled the cost and then some, tryin to be a good person and not let my problems affect others , I was able to get the car home and the food was there 10 minutes later. AFTER ALL THAT … Upset is an understatement. I ordered beef and broccoli with house-fried rice and steamed dumplings. The dumplings tasted frozen. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR with the filling. The beef was as much beef as I am the president of the United States. And I assure you I’m far from it. The broccoli and the beef tasted like mush. And there were burnt meant in my house special rice. So much for being a good samaritan and making sure I delivered on my part when they clearly dropped the ball on theirs. Well, we travel, so this was our new Chinese delivery option. My wife says the lo mein was not the best but better than most. Their generals chicken was different. Not bad but just different. Now. They egg rolls were great. Crab rangoons were great. And their fried rice is probably the best I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten Chinese from Cali to Florida. It’s a definite win. We decided to try something new which was the fried crab stick. I should have known, it was a deep fried crusted imitation crab stick. Oh well. It was alright. Now. The sweet and sour sauce was thick and delicious. So overall I give this establishment a 4 out of 5. I’d order again if I was in the area and not feel apprehensive about it at all. This order...
