Ridiculously rude and spaced out women working at this location. As soon as I ordered, the barista turned around , without a word, and started messing with wrappers with her back turned. I was left standing there after paying, with the credit card machine saying "please wait" but no one working made any eye contact or acknowledged me. Didn't get my name, didn't say "coming up in a minute," just nothing. Like zombies, totally braindead. Then she finally turned around and asked if she could help me, as if I was a new customer. I explained that I had JUST ordered and the credit card machine seemed to still be processing. She acted as if that wasnt happening on her end and said "those are your coffees there," pointing to them sitting there at the machine, filled to the brim, as if it was normal to just let drinks sit unattended while customers are waiting while you mess with completely unrelated things for 5 minutes. Not even working on someone else's order, but just messing with a stack of food wrappers; the kind of thing you should be doing during a lull in traffic. Did you want me to hop the counter and pick them up myself?? No one would hand them over or even make eye contact. It was absolutely bizarre behavior. Even when loudly asked, the older woman working there very aggressively snapped that someone would get to us eventually, as if I had just walked up and was waiting to order. "Can you just hand me those coffees that I paid for? The ones that have been sitting there for 5 minutes?" And they STILL hesitated! Gaslighting and passive aggressiveness like I've never seen, yet they weren't even busy and I tipped them. This place is in desperate need of a manager! You really shouldn't make paying customers feel like an...
Read moreI have never posted a negative review in my life, but the service at this Starbucks was absolutely atrocious. I came at a moderately busy time of day (1:30 PM) and ordered a plain black coffee, as did the customer ahead of me. I waited in the designated area holding my receipt. The employee running the cash register proceeded to serve about 20 customers behind me without filling my cup (again, just plain black coffee), and finally when one of the employees running the drive thru asked me if I was waiting and I replied I was, the employee running the cash register informed him “Oh, it’s not ground yet.” It took him then about 5 minutes to grind the coffee and another couple minutes for the coffee to brew. When I finally got my plain black coffee, it was 2:30 PM. Half an hour later, and after around 20 customers who were behind me had already left the building with their drinks. The employee running the cash register could not even turn around and start the machine in between waiting on customers. When I left, the customer ahead of me who had also ordered black coffee was STILL waiting on them to...
Read moreThis is a pretty hard evaluation to do because their product, is as it always is very good. It's Best In Class! So, the question becomes why can't I give this Starbucks five stars? Getting right to it I deducted two stars because for starters there was no air conditioning A/C in this building. That's right. No A/C and no ceiling fans to at least circulate the warm air. Two other things burned my biscuits. The tables hadn't been cleaned I found this out by sticky, sticky. Have you ever had a paper or a newspaper rip because of a sticky table? Then there was the napkins. By the time I was able to actually get one they were all hopelessly stuck together. So what kind of argument am I making here is it one of customer service or just mere complaining? It's both. Starbucks is a very good company that consistently delivers very quality products to it's customer base. Their facilities and service delivery, like their app, are also very good. I probably should have ordered the coffee for departure and then moved forward from there. The coffee I had was, like...
