Moreau’s Famous Macaroni — Restaurant in Georgia

I ordered my food over the phone at 7:25 pm. I ordered two personal size Macs. My son went and picked up the order around 7:50 pm and brought it back home. We have ordered here many times with no issue. When he got home he realized his order was wrong, we called to let them know and asked if they could make the correct food. They flat out said NO. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to come to the phone, did not offer any options for us, just that we should have checked the food before we left and they were busy and getting ready to close, they close at 9:00 and this was around 8:20. While I totally understand checking the food, I also expect that, as a restaurant, you would have my order correct (crazy right). Even McDonalds will make you a new order if it’s wrong. And on top of that to not even give me the courtesy of speaking with me is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the service, the food and management. EDIT: I called to speak to owner n was told he wasn't there but I could leave a message. Cool. Was asked what it was about n I said My previous order. Was asked "Oh. What was wrong wrong with it?". I said I would like to discuss with Owner. I was then told "Oh I don't know when he'll be in." Now I can't leave a message? Same girl who messed up my first order. **

I wish I had recorded the nonchalant dialog from the girl who took my order. I ordered a medium pasta n hubby picked it up not knowing the size given was personal. When I called it was "Ummm yea..... Its nothing I can do about that, Ummm..... Sorry for that" I ask for the manager and conveniently not there. I ask will he be tomorrow? "Ummmm idk , probably will be, yea probably." My 4 yr old talks better than this n this is the person answering the phone n taking orders. Now I won't eat just to make sure my husband who drives 12 hours a day has a meal. I have been wanting to try this place for awhile, and I wasn't necessarily disappointed, but I can't honestly say this will be a regularly frequented place for me either.

I ordered the "House Special". I was a little disappointed it only came in a large size, but because I wanted to try it, I ordered it anyway, and I felt it was reasonably priced considering the ingredients and the portion size. I didn't like that the spinach wasn't cooked in a dish like that, at least steamed. The raw spinach kinda killed it for me. Otherwise, it was okay.

The wings I ordered Lemon Peper and Hennessey flavored were cooked within an inch of their edibility. I know wings "fried hard" is a thing for people, but sheesh, does hard mean, can't chew them??? Oh well? The two drinks I ordered, however, while they were were not mixed well (to me) and for the serving size 6.99 plus tax seemed a bit much?

I would go back again, they merited a return trip...
