This was the absolute worst experience ever at a pizza place. Not saying the food is not good because thatās not the case but the customer service and lack of management is beyond my belief. I also work in customer service and have worked at 3 restaurants in my life. I ordered the Shaq-a-roni pizza and two papadillas. The young man asked me if I want anything else on the Shaq-a-roni. I said no. I get home and look before I go in the house ( with the intentions of eating a slice) and its just a cheese pizza. I called and the same you man answered the phone and I tell him what I ordered and that I have no pepperoni on my pizza. He said well I asked you if you wanted anything else on your pizza and you said no. I said well I didnāt want anything extra I just wanted it how it comes. He said well it only comes with cheese when you order it here. I said no online it says it comes with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. And that doesnāt make any sense. It shouldnāt matter if I order at the store or online. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times during a 25 minute conversation and was told I have to ask for toppings and the shaq pizza is just the size of the dough. During this time I went back to the store and he asked me for the cheese pizza that he gave me in drive-thru. I gave it to him and said I just want the pizza I paid for. He kept offering me a credit if I just wanted my pizza because at this point Iām done with this location. He never let me speak to a manager. I drove around the building 5 times while they were supposed to be re-making my pizza so I wouldnāt hold up the line. I asked 2 of the drivers that were coming back and forth for a manager and after being there for 2 hours I was told I am gonna have to get a credit because itās hard to get re-makes right now. I asked for a refund and he said he couldnāt do it because they canāt just take one pizza off. He told me Iām it losing any money I have a credit for the next time I come. And asked me if I wanted a drink. I just want what I paid for. Two freaking hours, no pizza, no manager, no refund. I tried to call corporate but they were closed. I will be calling tomorrow. I will also attach the screenshot of how long I was in the phone and the way the pizza comes from the site. I know mistakes will be made but to play on my intelligence and keep making excuses and to not be made a priority after waiting for so long very patiently. Iām beyond done. The manager stated they'd have driver come back. We waited and waited. They didnt answer the phone nor call my son to tell him that the pizza driver wasn't coming back or answer for my son to tell him the driver failed to come back. My son went to bed hungry. So, I called the location this morning and so had my son. He was told by an employee to call the 4pm afternoon manager. However, Jeremiah is the day time manager in same position, given the same authority to make a "righteous" decision I'm assuming as the afternoon manager. So one would imagine. What's the purpose of being a manager when you show no ability to make managerial decisions? Companies need to do a better job hiring competent individuals who are able to resolve conflict resolution without resorting to hanging up on customers who in my case had a right to Express my dissatisfsction of services rendered. Two people, 1 manager and 1 employee hung up because I stated a strong case on how they lacked managerial skills to make a simple call on: Both- refunding my son his money and still offering the food they failed to deliver. Every since Iāve been pregnant Iāve craved pizza from here and they always seem to mess it up...I ordered online a large pizza one half pepperoni the other half Italian sausage and pepperoni extra cheese thin crust cut in squares, the drives gets to our house with a pizza thatās thin crust cut in squares and pepperoni and sausage over the entire pizza but first time we order the same thing they bring cut in triangles and regular crust...I PURPOSELY order a large so I can get square cut I can not eat my pizza any other day so today we call the store explain this is not what we ordered and we have the order details on the confirmation we received via email we spoke with Brad he explained they made what was on the order we read back what was on the order AGAIN so we decided to visit the location return the pizza that was untouched and get it made correctly AFTER ALL the pizza is still wrong he makes the half correctly he makes the pizza thin crust but itās not cut in squares AGAIN I do not eat pizza if itās not cut in squares. Terrible experience following instructions is everything if you had it cut in squares and thin crust the first time what would make you cut it regularly this time smh.
