I used to love this place but this is the 2nd weekend in a row I've had major problems that apparently they don't care enough to fix. Last weekend I managed to place the order online, but it was 2 hours late, they never called to let me know, the pizza "tracker" was not working, and everytime I called after the estimated delivery time passed they would not answer the phone, and when the food got here they didn't bring ANY of the drinks I ordered and the food was cold. They gave me a coupon for a free pizza so I decided to give them another chance tonight. MISTAKE!! Online hand tossed is not a choice on anything but it does not show that they're out of it, and when I call the restaurant to ask they don't answer..... just like last weekend!!! And I'd called the customer service number last weekend and complained but apparently no one cared enough to even fix it. The automated thing answers and informs that all the "team mates" are "busy helping other customers" and puts you on hold and then they hang up on you!!! My order last week was $80.00. Not that customers with more expensive orders should get better treatment... it shouldn't matter if it's $8.00 or $80.00!!! But if my order had only been $8.00 instead of $80.00 I wouldn't have felt as angry over the total waste of money!!!!
UPDATE 1/8/2025: THE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION CLEARLY DO NOT CARE. AFTER SCREWING UP MY ORDER & calling to tell them so I can get a credit to my account, my call was routed TO THE CALL CENTER IN INDIA, THEN THEY SENT Me BACK TO THE LOCAL STORE, WHO ALWAYS LEAVES CUSTOMERS ON HOLD UNTIL WE GET SICK OF IT & HANG UP. THIS HAPPENED THE LAST TIME THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER 2 MONTHS AGO... SO SINCE NO ONE CARES (obvious from the lack of response by Pizza Hut to the bad reviews on here... whereas most companies reply & show they care!) I AM DONE. IT'S PAPA JOHN'S FROM NOW ON!

Read moreThis was my second visit to this establishment, as I believe in affording restaurants a fair chance to improve. Unfortunately, my experience was once again disappointing. The evident understaffing coupled with the lack of motivation and professionalism among the existing personnel, who appeared predominantly youthful, reflects poorly on the management or the absence thereof.
Despite pre-ordering online, I still endured a 30-minute wait for my order amidst a congested lobby, indicative of inefficiency in handling customer flow, particularly for those who had pre-ordered like myself.
Of the three pizzas I ordered, one was specifically requested as vegetarian, yet all three arrived with meat toppings. Furthermore, the pizzas appeared aged and were luke warm, lacking adequate cheese and sauce. Subsequent communication with customer service led to the replacement of the vegetarian pizza, but the overall disappointment persisted.
Questions arise regarding the freshness of the pizzas, as the cheese lacked the desired stretchiness and exhibited dryness. Such instances evoke nostalgia for bygone eras of delicious food and exemplary customer service, now seemingly gone. Regrettably, I cannot foresee revisiting this establishment. Improvement in staffing quality or reconsideration of operational viability seems imperative. In light of this experience, I will be patronizing Domino's and Papa John's from now on. Close the doors. Read moreI ordered a pizza on 02-19-25, My delivery window was between 5:23-5:33 my pizza arrived at 6:05 pm it was OLD & COLD. The meat was not fresh, the peppers were soggy not sautéed & there was only a very skimpy amount of cheese on the pizza. The crust was overcooked & hard. In a nutshell the pizza was NOT edible. I made an attempt to call the store, no answer. I paid for a pizza +$5.49 delivery + tip. I was willing to drive in the cold to return the garbage pizza & retrieve a newly made fresh pizza. When no one chose to answer the phone I could not voice my complaints & be assured a new pizza would be made prior to my arrival, so I made an attempt to contact Pizza Hut on the website with my complaint, I have yet to hear back. I made an attempt to call Pizza Hut , they advised me in an automated message to call the store directly, ( I did) email them ( I did ) or leave a google review, so I am .By the way, this was my 2nd horrible experience the first time the manager answered the phone & fixed the issue with an apology & a new order, & my food was hot, fresh & edible.
