Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

I drove 20 minutes from DEEP in the woods of Covington only to have my order INCORRECT!!! I placed 2 triple hash brown orders with the first one being ham and cheese and the other ham, cheese, and onions which there wasn't ANY even though I was charged for it!! I had to asked the Caucasian red head guy server who took my order which one had onions since all he did was bag them up and place them in a bag and on the counter. He then tells me that the order on the bottom had onions only to get home and find out that I was LIED to and charged for onions. I fault the server AND cook since I heard the orders given which was correct but at the end of the day my order was INCORRECT plus the server LIED in my face after charging me for onions that was non existent. The server didn't even give me a receipt which I thought was in my bag which wasn't. Since no one answers the phone I wanted to ensure I place my concerns here to make others aware of my horrible experience which I can guarantee it's my first and DAMN SURE LAST...

Our family came in to eat. Understanding that it was Christmas and we expected a small wait after sitting immediately. Staff began to talk about other staff members and everything was completely chaotic. People coming in with to go orders were placed and given before the in house customers. Then we witnessed an employee continue to tally up the second shifts earnings after people had been seated. They waited about 15-20 min before they had to get up and request someone to come take their drink order! The tables were left dirty so no one could have a seat. A man sat for 20-30 min waiting on someone to clean a spot so he could sit down. A waitress made sure her food to take home after her shift was cooked and in a to go bag before anyone else received their food. The manager left the business before handling any of these situations. There is so much more and here it is my husband has his food and my children and I are still waiting 1hr...

Horrible. I wasnt feeling well so I ordered take out so I can go in and out. I understand the place was pretty packed. I waited for this lady to finish paying for her order and then I was next. I stood at the cash register in my weak stance. Not 1 person greeted me. The same waitress kept staring at me and walked past me several times withouy saying 1 word. I just stood there.... Finally someone asked if they can help and I paid for my order and jetted out. When I got home I realized there was a package of syrup with a hole in it. That spilled all over the back.My scrambled eggs were watery and undercooked. My bacon was rubber with fat all over even tho I asked for extra crispy bacon. I always ask for extra crispy at the other waffles and they do a defined job. They also greet everyone when they walk through the door. If u want good service and good cooking then please go to the waffle house off ga hwy 20 by the mellow mushroom....
