Yummy house has decent Chinese food. They do offer tofu and other vegan/gluten free options, so thatās a plus. However, itās American-ized, of course, especially when it comes to the flavoring.
Itās not the most immaculate facility, but itās not ā¦unsanitary either. The aesthetic is just nonexistent. It just doesnāt seem as if thereās a lot of pride in the ownership of this in this restaurant.
The biggest issue is theyāre nearly too busy to keep up with timely order processing, which implies that they need more employees and probably a bigger (or multiple) location(s). Because of this issue, though the employees are usually friendly, the stress of high demand has lead to a couple of occasions when the customer service I received was, letās just say, āless than admirable.ā
I would recommend this restaurant, if you need a decent meal for lunch/dinner because youāre not in the mood to drive elsewhere for better options. Beware though, youāre probably not going to get what you paid for. So, lower your expectations! A lot of people seem to think otherwise, but this restaurant is...

Customer service is friendly they do kind of get backed up last few times I've visited I ended up waiting for simple orders an undesirable amount of time . I understand ppl may call in or online order so you don't know where your order is but I waited over 20 mins for wings and fried rice and saw 5 other ppl come in place orders and get their food. Too the point they cleared their lobby area so the young man so what was your order again ! This has happened to me multiple times .
Overall they are good food nice ppl affordable hopefully you don't have the luck I have lol for more than one occasion to be like that š I feel like maybe it's me lol
This last visit I got 10 piece honey lemon pepper and fried rice . Very good my total with tax 11.50 .

After some time I went back to get the order. When asked my order, I mentioned the food and she looked at me funny. She gave me some other food and I said that is not mine, then said what I ordered. Her mother came and the young lady seemed to have an attitude. I sat back down and waited quietly after she got my order wrong and quietly observed if they would at least acknowledge the overcharge since the wrong order cost more. When the correct food came she just handed it to me, no apologies, no refund, even if under a dollar, and no extra food. I am NOT pleased with this type of attitude. Not even an, we over charged you sir for the wrong order so here is this or that. I am big on customer service and will spend my money...
