I have had some good experiences with this location but mostly bad. Here’s the good: Occasionally the pizza taste pretty good and is delivered on the low end of the estimated delivery time. NOW THE BAD....
DELIVERY -Time to Deliver - Long or underestimated delivery times. I tracked my order yesterday and pizza was delivered at least 40 minutes after going to boxing status and delivered 25 minutes after the estimated delivery time (estimated 26-36 minutes).
QUALITY -Poor or inconsistent quality pizza. A pizza should not sit on the warmer 15 minutes then sit in the drivers car another 25. -Some times I feel like the staff is trying to make the dough and toppings stretch instead of putting enough on every pizza
FOOD SAFETY -I opt for delivery because I hate when I come in for pick up and the pizza is either (A) not ready as estimated and staff is moving slow and/ or (B) prepared by a staff member working with dough answer the phone only to go back to working with the dough WITHOUT REMOVING and PUTTING ON A NEW PAIR OF CLEAN GLOVES -If the cashier knows how to do his/her job AND the there are enough properly trained people with good work ethic in place at the right times workers might not potentially CONTAMINATE FOOD SERVED. Management? -Let me not forget about the young ladies that like to flip or tough their 28” weaves while they work. Only saw it once and never complained. I’m sure it happens at many fast food pots everywhere. And cell phone use while handling food happens a lot of places too. -AND the time we came to pick up later than the estimated ready time and the order was missing. RIDICULOUS! A worker said, “It was was there. I remember making it”
PRICE -I just noticed the delivery fee created up to $3.75 from $2.75 over approximately 18 months. First it was $2.75 then $2.99 then $3.15 now $3.75! And tip the driver!?!? -I should probably just order delivery via Uber Eats. Uber Ears provides choices other than pizza, wings baked from the freezer and mediocre deserts that I would never pay regular price for.
MINOR The drivers never have any packets of spices and cheese. Sure I could request in advance but would it hurt to have them on hand? Of course not but it could make for...
Read moreI have been a regular customer of this location for almost 2 years. Not only because I like the pizza but also because for the past 2 years they have been the only pizza chain that delivered to my area. In the two years they have shown repeatedly that they do not care about the quality of food, service, or customers they serve. In my latest order I ordered $60 worth of pizza. The pizza arrives to my house uncooked and barely no ingredients. I call and speak to a so called manager I advised that I would be bringing the pizza to the store and would like another one to be prepared while I was on my way. She said that I didn’t have to do that and she would send it back out. This was ok for me and I did not intend to take it any further. The pizza NEVER came. I wake up today and call back to speak with another “so called manager” and she clearly couldn’t care less about the issue and rushes me off the phone saying she would just remake it. I again offered to send pics and or bring the pizza to the store so they could get to the root of the problem. She says again that is not necessary and acts like I’m crazy for wanting to do that. So I’m like ok just send the pizza. Still not tripping and willing to just accept a remake even if a day later and even though I went hungry last night because I couldn’t get a refund. Well what do you know. Guess what??? AGAIN today…. NO pizza. Now 3 hours later and nothing so YES I am now pissed and filing a formal complaint. I now want my money back and they are lucky I don’t come throw the pizza in their face. Newsflash you have a freaking job because of the customers. PERIOD! I order 2-3 times per month and spend over $50-100 on each order. I definitely don’t deserve to keep being treated this way so I will gladly take my business to Pizza Hut or Dominoes who I just found out now deliver to my area. They really need to do something about them incompetent, careless, disrespectful employees. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last time I am...
Read moreThe young ladies who were working the register on the evening of January 15th 2016 at 9:18 p.m. need more training on professionalism and customer service. I walked in and didn't get any greeting or anything. No hello no welcome to Papa John's, no how are you, nothing. So figured I'd just stand there until they decided to acknowledge me but then it just turned into a staring contest. So I said hello how are you? Exactly what they should have said to me, the customer, who's paying money, the reason they have jobs. Anyway, I place my order (for a single Brookie) and 20 minutes later she says from across the room, "here. Here, here you go." I purposely did not look up because that is not how you talk to a customer. Would it have hurt her to say ma'am your order is ready? I got up and got my order because it was cold and I didn't have the time to sit in there and play games. I asked for a bag, I thought it would have been the proper thing to do to already have it in a bag for me, but I guess I'm expecting too much from Papa Johns as far as customer service is concerned. I wonder how Papa John would feel about these two young ladies and their lack of customer...
