American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

Hmmm. Let's see... Where do I start? (strike1) Okay first off the old guy is extremely rude. I ask him how long would the wait be and he turnt his head and shouted 7minutes and tried to avoid answering my question. (strike2) So I was running late and figured I'd eat their. I called in my order so bout time I arrive it'll be finish. Nope about time I got their they had me waiting 30minutes. (strike3) I went in to grab some food because I had somewhere do be. This same rude ass odd guy came to the glass window and said "what"? I replied "excuse me". And he responded "what do you want"? I will NOT be eating their EVER again. They charge you for everything. For the wing combo you paying for the wings the fries and the drink. The wings be small and dry. In order to get wet wings they charge you ¢50 per wing. I eat at south dekalb mall American deli because their customer service is sooooo much better and you get what you paid for, and they don't charge you for wet wings. You don't even gotta ask they already...

on 5/19/2016 I called my order in to prevent the long wait for them to make the food. I spoke with the owner who took my order and told me that the food would be ready in 10 mins. So I gave him an additional 10 mins just to ensure that my food would be ready once I got there. I asked if it was he said no wait 10 mins so now its going on 30mins and my lunch is only an hour. He waved me to step to the side so he could take the next person in line and ignored my concern as to why my food wasn't ready. This is the second time I have went here to eat and the owner was extremely rude for no reason at all. And what's sad is that I was willing to wait because I love American Deli but after the way he treated me I just went to Zaxbys and called it a day DO...

The fries are meh. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Typically, other locations and wing places will use white American cheese, but this location uses provolone cheese. It doesn’t even melt well AT ALL. It’s too thick. It’s giving mozzarella sticks on a sandwich. I don’t mind melted cheese, but stiff and layered??? No ma’am! The cheese is literally holding this sandwich together 🤢There was a paper at the order window stating what came on a Philly but they CLEARLY didn’t have cheese (let alone provolone) on that list. My drink had too much ice and my peach lemonade mix seemed a bit watered down. Prefer the Moreland...
