Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

The entrance to here was narrow and not friendly to non locals. In fact, I don't know if it was a pot hole, something in the road but I hit something and cracked my bumper. That aside, the website has no way to check in. No big deal. Go in. Front cashier with spaceship tattoo is friendly and SUPER helpful. Even gives us tons of napkins and plates. However he was the only good part of our experience. He took my name, told me about 5 mins. Cool. I see like 5 pizzas go into their warmer and 3 people come in and are helped in the meantime. Im kind of confused why my pizza's not up. I wait for the 3rd person to pay and approach the counter. She asks my name and then the tatted guy comes up and says she doesn't have her pizza? I told you it was up. They just threw my pizza in the warmer. They didn't ask the THREE OTHER people standing in front of them if it was one of ours. It was in there at LEAST 15 mins! Then when I get it to our hotel, its a mess. Most of the pepperoni is on one slice and they didn't season the crust...the best part of pizza hut stuffed crust. It also wasn't cut properly so that was fun in a hotel room. I tried to call and nobody answered. I should stop going to pizza...

While traveling through the state, we called and placed an order. We were told our food would be ready in 15 minutes. So after looking for this place for nearly 30 minutes as the GPS was wrong and failing to answer the phone after multiple calls, someone tells me they do t know where I am after I give them the address of my hotel. Expect me to know where I am and then they hang up on me. When I finally get back in touch with them, the manager says they are unavailable to deliver the pizza and they are "sorry" as it's too late. Perhaps if they would have gotten back to me sooner this wouldn't have been the case! I wish there was an option for 0 stars as this place is very unaccommodating! I proceed to call Papa John's, which is further away, am on hold for 10 plus minutes and pay about $15 more... WELL WORTH THE DIFFERENCE!! Hopefully this store is shut down as well!! Thank God the stores I'm used to in Virginia are not...

I would not even give this place 1 star! As a former employee no Health measures are taken at this store they will serve meat and chicken that has been sitting at 70 degrees all day, they will let you get harassed by managers and threatened and it will be swept under the rug, I WOULD NOT eat at this establishement, they will allow managers and driver's to be intoxicated while working or delivering your food this place needs to he shut down, I ended my employment with them and woke up to a text message from manager Rony Hikal saying he was going to track me down and find me over the health department being called because THEY were serving food that could make people sick or kill them you have been warned DO...
