Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Georgia

Today was the first time me and my family had pollo campero again after many years of not having it since I was a child. My father went to order take out and he didn't have too much to say about the service or the location other than it was very busy. He ordered a 12 piece half fried and half grilled meal with fries and rice as the sides and a chicken sandwich for myself to try. I can't say anything about the chicken sandwhich as it did not come with the rest of the meal and was forgotten by the workers. The food that was there was ok. The fried chicken still tastes the same as it did when I was a kid, which is great, but also had a stale taste to it as well, same thing for the grilled chicken. I did not like the rice too much, I found it a bit bland and the fries where not fresh and crispy. Me and my family were disappointed with the meal, especially since it was a bit expensive. Overall the reason the food was not as good as I remember it, might be due to just how busy it was and quality wasn't top priority at the time. I don’t understand why they made such a huge deal with lying about their Grand Opening scheme of getting free 2 meals per month. Just so the day of the grand opening not to work and then 1-2 month later I come to find out that they won’t accept the so call voucher/ coupon they gave over 100 people. I truly understand that this is an alright chicken place to eat but the fact that this is the 3rd restaurant in Georgia and for them not to “ fix” the problem. And to go online, in the radio, and in to social media to promote their grand opening to simply lie to everyone and to give fake promotions. I truly believe that this is not a good was to run a business to lie to the costumer and promote themselves through so many medias and to simply shrug their shoulder when asked about the promotion they so much promoted in their...

The truth is that the service is disgusting, I've been ordering take-out food for about 3 times and they always make the order wrong. I pay extra for chicken breast and they send me what they want, the last time today that I stopped by for my dinner I was going near my house and I checked my order and they did not give me the complete order I had to go back for my order. The cashier knew what happened and laughed when she looked at me and I still had to wait about 10 minutes for them to finish placing my order. All 3 times the chicken is not crispy they serve very watery chicken it feels weird on your palate and the people who work there have no idea what they do.
