Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGGGGG. The worst experience I've ever had not just at a restaurant but my entire life. I'm at waffle house and I'm writing this review as incidents occur.

So this waitress just comes to us holds spoons and knives in her hands and tells us to hold it. And she throws 3 napkins one on top of the other and we have to put the silverware on top.

She didn't even take the menus up.

And she told me there's no hot chocolate without even checking. I'm pretty sure there is.

They just got waffles and put peanut butter on both waffle even though it wasn't asked for on one of them. He asked for more chocolate chip she said they ran out. THERE WAS BARELY ANY CHOCOLATE CHIP ON THE WAFFLE. Like how are y'all still in business. I'm pretty sure that they have more chocolate chip.

We asked this other lady cause she came to us. We asked for more chocolate chip she brought it. And there even is more hot chocolate. Waffle house y'all losing money. My friends food came and they're done with their waffle. I'm still waiting... They got their hashbrown I haven't received mine yet. Another friend is almost done too.

My hot chocolate turned cold waiting on my food.

After speaking to the manager they brought them extra waffle and me an extra hot chocolate and even gave 10% off. That's good gesture right there.

Wow my friend has been eating his second waffle with his hands cause she didn't bring his fork. She took it in the plate she picked up and never brought another silverware. She barely checks up on us. I'm surprised they are even letting her serve us still.

We just left. I feel like puking at her service. She didn't have a name badge so I couldn't get her name but she was wearing a pink scarf and we were at the booth in the corner closest to the bathrooms.

Message to you lady... Please don't do something you don't enjoy.

Message to Waffle House either train her better or let her go. Serving is not good for her or your business. I hope she learns her lesson and starts doing a better job.

Oh and good God her hands looked dirty. It looked like there was syrup stains all over her arms. Not cool man (i'm writing this while at home. Experience was haunting enough for me to keep...

Absolutely the worst Waffle House in the world by far. Typical all star breakfast call in take out order. Called in 25-30 minutes prior to arriving. Arrived to collect the take out order with no meal prepared. Joselyn the you lady on the phone was being lead by Ray the night manager. No order was ready so we were directed to sit down. 7 minutes later new customers arrive to place there order. Mean while where still waiting for our order. Joselyn then began to yell, "if you have a take out order I need you to stand to make room for our paying customers" blankly into the air. Keep in mind the new customers haven't even ordered yet. We wait another 15 minutes just to hear the cashier ask Joselyn for our order. Joselyn replies, "oh I dropped the order." The new server begins to complete our order only to wait another 20minutes and have our order half way completed. We then wait another 10 minutes for the remainder of the order, with no genuine customer service sorry for the wait, need any water, etc. from anyone on the staff. Please do not attend this horrific ...

To quote the man on the phone sitting in the booth behind me, "Man, I'm about to have the worst Waffle House experience of my life today".

He wasn't wrong. There was one waitress and one chef working when I came in here. Waitress must've been really new because she straight-up told me "we don't have picante salsa" when I asked for it. She wrote the orders in correctly on the ticket but reported it to the chef wrong and, so, it came out wrong. When asked to replace it, she asked if we would just take it as-is because "she'd have to remake it". It wasn't busy. My table and the gentleman behind me were the only two tables dining and there weren't any to-go's to pack at the time (as far as I could see). There were other issues too but this review is getting too long and my blood pressure can only handle so much. I don't have high expectations for Waffle House but this one was, by far, the worst.

Take it from me, skip this one and go a bit further down the road in any direction. The next WaHo ain't far and it couldn't possibly be worse...
