Arrived at the store at 9:35pm, the inside dining area was closed all doors lock to enter the restaurant as well. There was an employee that was standing at the door instructing myself and other customers ( 1 Female) that the inside was closed and that we needed to use the drive thru. I then proceeded to look at the advertised opening and closing hours located via store visual sticker, which clearly states that the inside dine-in closed at 10:00pm. Moreover, after being denied entry into the restaurant, I took a picture of said opening & closing times on door to restaurant to inform upper management of issue.
I looked up the number via Google of the Popeyes to call and communicate the issue, and to speak with a manager on duty. I called and asked for the store main manager, which the person that answered the phone stated she was the main Store General Manager named Bre! (Which was a bold face Lie) She didn't even want to give me her name at first, but she finally did after asking her over 3-4 times. Bre stated that just because there are set times on the door, doesn't mean that Popeyes have to abide by those rules. That doesn't make since, being that..that is what the company of Popeyes has set as the standard per Company policies! She was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She then realizing that she was not making any logical sense, proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. I will be contacting Corporate about this matter and Popeyes should be ashamed that you have people of this low caliber running ang operating their store!
Found out the true names of the Managers that are disrespectful, Liers, and use derogatory language toward myself and other customers. Beware, if you ask for a Manager, they will give you a Fake Name which they both use the name of "Bre" however they are two black women named Imani & Leslie that are horrible, unprofessional and pretty ghetto! It is very sad that Popeyes has these two individuals representing the company. I can truly see why and how this particular location can't keep an employee's working for them. Read moreI ordered food and was told to pull to the side after 30 mins and after 9 customers served witch 6 customers served that came after me all got there food the came up to me and asked my name for the 3rd time and told me they just dropped my tenders so I asked for a manager a girl came up and said she was the manager and could not give me a reason why the waited over 30 mins to drop my tenders and why now 7 people that came after me got their food, then they went to get my drink and told me they have no coke only DR. Pepper (so after talking to me 3 times never mentioned they didn't have anything but Dr. Pepper I guess they would have brought me Dr. Pepper if I didn't go to the window) so I then went to cancel my order and put reviews online so I asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to me and said the girl that said she was the manager is not the manager and a very young man name Tim was no saying he was the manager, he bought my food out 38 mins after I ordered it while I was trying to cancel online, No drink, soggy cold fries and the smallest tenders I ever got from Popeyes and discolored in some areas where it looks like the were sprayed by something or frost bite (see pics they literally have 2 different colors on the tenders regular color and a greyish color) so there was absolutely no way I was going to eat these so I will bring them up there tomorrow to show a real manager. Wasted my time and gas going to and sitting at this location for almost 40 mins for nothing, and no have to contact customer service to try to get refunded. Because the automated service offers a coupon for my next order and I doubt after this experience and the horrible automated customer service were you can even tell someone the issues with the location I doubt I will be back to Popeyes anytime soon. I just called the store to speak to a manager the pite on a quick hold came back and asked what I need to speak with her about I told them they asked me to hold on for a few mins put me on hold for over 8 mins and hung up on me there is a pic of the call. I placed an order to be picked up at 1:50p on 9/15, only to wait for 10 minutes without being acknowledged while employees took customers that came in after me. After waiting the 10 minutes near the mobile order pickup section, I asked the cashier if I could get my order that was showing on the screen and she asked me to hold on and started more orders that had come in. After the timer showed my ordered waiting for 16 minutes, I asked another worker how to get a refund and she said it was through the app. At that point, the girl who asked me to hold on and took more orders, turned to make more order and says to her colleagues "all this over a $6 order". WOW!! REGARDLESS if I was getting lunch or buying $40 dinner for my family, being treated EXTREMELY rude was not necessary and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, the "manager" calls me on the 18th to tell me she apologized and that they were basically busy and short staff, and then just sits on the phone. I'm not sure what CUSTOMER SERVICE means or is to people these days but the lack of EMPATHY, accountability, and dryness that was on the other end of that call.... I'll NEVER return to this location! We all make the decision as to where we want to work... if you're not happy and can't deliver QUALITY customer SERVICE, especially the MANAGER, you should find another job. And no...
