Atlanta Wings — Restaurant in Douglasville

Just left here. I ordered tilapia combo. Paid $10.61. When I got my food there was no seasoning on the fish at all. When I brought this to their attention I was told that previous customers had complained that the seasoning was too salty. I asked what did that have to do with me and why... since this was a problem with prior customers, why wasn't I asked about my seasoning choice. I told them, I've never paid $10 for french fries and this was the first. Then, I got the silent treatment. If Atlanta Wings is not going to properly service this community, then they should not be in our community! Look at the reviews. Customers paying for 200 wings and they have no seasoning. So if Atlanta Wings want to keep servicing our community this way, plus give the silent treatment, then we will make our voices heard in...

Ok so I have come here 2x in the past… I guess because they were close to me and I didn’t feel like going back across town to eat … I decided to give them a 3rd chance… Boy was I disappointed again!! 1st off the service sucks!!! I say this because every time I have ordered there has been an issue or the cashier is just a jerk… This time I only ordered wings and when I tell you their wings are small!!! I mean tiny!!! I thought this was seasonal!!! Like when there’s a wing shortage and you have to change suppliers… well that’s not the case… every time I have come the wings are 2bite size!!! I mean if your going to charge full price for half size wings🤦🏽‍♀️ .. the least you could do is give extras or just improve your customer service🤷🏽‍♀️ with that said I will not be giving this place anymore...

This place is a joke. The guy working here won't give us a cup for water, he had no condiment packets and would not let us take the ketchup to the table. We asked for mayonnaise and the guy was rude and told us we could not have any and gave us Tatar sauce instead for our Philly Cheese Steak!!!! The sandwiches were disgusting and we paid over 20 dollars just to get bad food that was dry and tasteless and made both my wife and I sick. I have had good food at a different locations but I knew as soon as I walked in and say a Asian working there, it wouldn't be good. This is supposed to be black oriented food. Not asian.
