I had a horrific 1st time experience at this FireHouse Subs located at 1300 west corporate ct in Lithia Springs Georgia. I pulled up to the drive thru window to sit and wait for 2 mins for someone to address me while 4 team members stood around talking... Once someone decided to do their job, a cashier came to the window. I specifically stopped to try out the $3.99 sub special and asked the young lady special and she handed me a menu and told me i could pick from anything in the middle section on white or wheat now that they have expanded their selection. I ordered a steak and cheese for $3.99 and waited another 5mins for my sandwich. Now when my sandwich came to the window it was brought by Eduardo and my receipt was for $5.56 which wasn't the special. I brought this to his attention and asked for the cashier or a manager to come to the window to fix it. Eduardo told me he was one of the managers closed the window and sent Tabria to the window who said she was a manager. I explained to her my problem and she just said the cashier was new and didn't know the pricing nor menu completely. I stated as a member of management I'm expecting you to fix consumer complaints not blame it on your staff. She repeated the employee was new to which i repeated i was expecting a member of management to fix my wrong order. She got an attitude and issued me a refund with no apology. If that is the type and style of management Firehouse Subs thinks is ok to deal with everyday consumers...i say take your money else where because it is clear this location could care less your orders pay...

If I could give zero stars, I would! My church has been a loyal customer of this Firehouse Subs on Thornton Road for years, spending thousands of dollars. But after the disgraceful service, fraudulent charges, and complete lack of accountability from this location, we will NEVER be back.
We placed an order but had an emergency and couldnât pick it up. Jada clearly mentioned we would be charged, but instead of waiting for confirmation, they fraudulently charged our churchâs credit card anywayâAFTER the call had ended. When I called to ask where the food was, Jacob had the audacity to say he had no idea what happened to it. So, let me get this straightâyou charged us for food we didnât pick up and then "lost" it?
To make matters worse, when I asked for the contact information for Richard, the supposed regional manager, Jacob conveniently âdidnât knowâ how to reach him. How do you not know your own management teamâs contact details? This level of incompetence is beyond unprofessional.
This isnât the first issue weâve had with this location, but out of goodwill, we kept giving them chances. That ends today. We will NEVER support this location again, and I will be warning others to stay away. Poor service, blatant dishonesty, and sheer disregard for loyal...
   Read moreSo, I've been here a few times... truth be told, I don't know if I've ever received a "Welcome to Firehouse" reception when I came in the door - this time, however, was different. They were very accommodating and friendly, even the cashier (which tends to be the worst part of the experienceđ) was nice and very polite. I was really pleased with the service. The food was nice and hot and well prepared (and yummyđ ), which is the MAIN reason you come here as opposed to any other SUB/Sandwich shop. Thumbs up đđž to the young staff for being on point.
If I had to give any criticism, it would be that instead of bringing our food out to us, they sat it on the counter and then "called" us to come and get it. I'm not sure if this is a customary thing at FHSubs where they bring it to you, but I've only experienced them bringing it previously. Other than that, everything was excellent! New management or whatever, keep growing and setting...
