Let me say, THIS IS BY FAR my favorite Starbucks! I have never had a poor experience here. Chase, you are by far one of the specialist people there. Y’all were out of my favorite Matcha drink and my husband was unsure how to order my old usual. You helped him and even covered the cost of the drink and left “Happy Mothers Day” written on the cup! Starbucks is often the way to my heart and I’m so glad my husband came to y’all! Don’t worry, I can’t leave out Daisy! She is the bomb dot com and another girl, her name isn’t coming to mind but she always sings when taking my order and just full of happiness. I call her my spirit person so she will know who she is when she sees this! Thank you all again. The store's nitro brew was literally out for 3 weeks. I was told by a Starbuck's employee to go to the Starbucks at the Outlet Stores on Exit 9 because their Nitro Brew is always working. The management is definitely not friendly. I spend a lot of money in Starbucks but I am reconsidering my purchases. I think Starbucks has become just like most big corporate organizations and do not care about the customer. Starbucks seems to believe that you can treat the customer any way you want to and they will continue to patronize the place. I will not set foot back in the Sixes Starbucks especially while the present management is in place. You cannot get a Nitro Brew machine to work for 3 weeks? I’ve visited several locations, but THIS ONE, by far, is my favorite. I’ve NEVER waited in a long line in the drive thru early in the morning. The woman who takes ur DT order is ALWAYS so cheery, friendly and consistent each time. She welcomes you and always asks if she can’t get something started for you in the oven. The rest of the staff are all friendly, smiley and always correct and prompt with my order. I had the pleasure of meeting their district manager this morning too, who introduced himself in the DT window to me, and even he was so friendly and ensured me that he will recognize his deserving staff for a job well done.
