Little Caesars — Restaurant in Dalton

Tonight I placed an online order for 2 items. I was 5 minutes early to pickup and was told to wait around the front and someone would bring it out to me when it was done. I waited for 30 minutes before I called the store. Someone answered and when I told them I just wanted to know how long it would be before I got my food, the line disconnected. I called back and the man was apologetic that the line disconnected and he put me on hold to find out what happened. Line hung up again. I called back a 3rd time, this time answered with a very annoyed "Yess?" I explained what happened AGAIN, and this person informed me that the first person I spoke to apparently gave my order away to another customer 20 minutes prior, and the person who was supposed to tell me left without doing so, and apparently the first person who answered the phone was INTENTIONALLY hanging up on me instead of telling me the situation. They stated a new pizza was in the oven and would be out soon. I will say the young man running pizzas to cars was very nice and kept checking up on me to find out what was going on. After waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes (mind you I have waited an HOUR at this point), I walked in. Everyone was on their phones in a group, laughing and joking. When I finally got someone's attention, I let them know I have waited for over an hour for a pizza that I have been told twice was ready. Suddenly, my pizza appears. It has been sitting in the warmer the whole time. I am incredibly frustrated as I feel like I was forgotten and dismissed (even hung up on twice). This was without a doubt the WORST service I have ever received from any food service. These employees (with the exception of the cook taking pizzas to cars) showed no care for me, and continuously hung up on me and acted like I was a nuisance when I had waited over an hour for 2 items that should have been ready when I arrived in the first place. I should've told them to refund my order due to the negligence the employees exhibited, leaving me in their parking lot from 6:40-7:40 when apparently my items were ready...

My husband goes here because the pizza is always tasty and we always get it exactly the way we order it, but today June the 12th 2023 got the worst pizza i ever had, my husband always orders the same thing for me, he ordered the personal combo pizza with pepperoni, jalapenos and well done, what he got was a pizza with just cheese and jalapenos, no sauce and no pepperoni, he told them about it and they supposedly fixed it, but when we were at home and took the first bite... guess what... There was no pizza SAUCE again, he called and went to get the correct one but, the pizza wasn't good, the dough was raw, soggy, and very messed up, you can see it in the picture, you can tell right away that the manager is not there because those employees don't know what they're doing, now I'm going to eat something else because if I call again... I know they're not going to do my pizza the right way anyways, what a waste...

Tried calling in a pizza as I was in a rush. No one answered I called 5 times and when I came into the lobby to order in person I called again to see if maybe the phone lines where down and no. The phone was ringing and loud enough for everyone to hear and not a single person moved to answer the phone.
