We've eaten here about 3 times. The first times we used dine in and the drive through respectively. No problem with the dine in visit. The drive through was pretty good, except we did receive our food before the people ahead of us and there is no way to exit the line until everyone in front was also served. With that in mind I feel it might be better to hold the food in a warming area inside until the recipient can leave, as most people are picking it up to take home and may have to drive some distance. The curbside experience was not the best. I ordered a total of 3 nugget meals and two salads. When my order was delivered I was missing all of the french fries (3 orders) and one of the drinks. When the attendant made a delivery at the vehicle next to me a moment later, I advised her of the missing items. She asked for the receipt and one had not been enclosed. I had to pull my order up on the mobile app to review with her. She advised she would go ask about it but if they did not believe her I would have to go inside to straighten things out. As our conversation concluded, the man she had delivered to in the car next to me called for her attention and said he was also missing one of his drinks. The missing items were eventually brought out after a wait, but one of the fry containers was only half full.    Read moreI did an online breakfast order through their website. After it was confirmed that they received it my boyfriend went to go pick up it up. When he arrived he didn't find our order at the pick up area and went to ask the woman at the register if they had made it yet.The woman was very rude and acted like he was bothering her and she told him to wait that they were busy. 20 minutes go by and still no update on our order. He noticed several of the staff were just standing around talking and do nothing which started to make him angry. Finally someone asked him what we ordered and he showed them the receipt. 20 more minutes go by and the same person told him that breakfast had come and gone and they can no longer fill this order and would have to do something else. At this point my boyfriend was ready to walk out because he had been waiting almost 40 minutes for our order. Finally the manager comes out and apologizes for their mistake and told him that they did receive the order but for some reason nobody made it (essentially forgetting about it) he gave us a free meal...
   Read moreUnfortunately for some reason at this location they never offer nor give you the receipt on drive thru orders. If you ask for the receipt is obvious that it is a paper slip with not only the items ordered but also the amount charged/paid. If youâre on the drive thru and forgot to scan or your phone didnât have enough signal to load the app is disappointing to not be able to get reward points for the purchase made. If you ask for the receipt printout they only give you the same sticky slip that they put on the bag that only includes the name of the person the car description the team member and the item inside the bag. The reason why it disappoints so much is because there was not a lot of people in front of me and for the most part Chick Fil A exceeds in customer service.
