The three girls that were working here are terrible! Two hispanic/Indian girls talking about their whole tmi stories on their internship status when the customers are waiting, the other white girl is just making the drinks without even trying to make eye contacts. I ordered 2 drinks, one came out and the other apparently they forgot and placed the cup starting to talk themselves again. As another group of customer came, they started making theirs, not even wandering why I'm still waiting there and talk as loud as possible. As I came up to them to ask the other drink, one avoided, and finally one girl came up to me after she finished her convo with the girl taking another customer. Read moreThe service here was very upsetting. The two girls working allowed a woman to cut in front of me in line. We all made eye contact but they did not say anything to her. This is after I had waited for over 5 minutes as they slowly made the drinks of the 2 girls ahead of me. When I finally put in my order they continued to prioritize the complicated drinks of the woman who cut me rather than my simple cortado - she was served first. Even after all of that, one of the girls paused in making my drink to talk with a target worker who came up asking for a drink. Just felt very undervalued as a customer. Read moreBarista at the register paused and exhaled after we placed our order stating she’d have to make more sweet cream therefore we had to wait longer. We agreed to wait, two minutes later this is what my ICCB that’s supposed to have sweet cream looked like. This is what my drink looked like, hopefully the barista will learn to appreciate her job and do things with a better attitude when as a consumer you pay for things to be right.
