I would like to start of by saying that the overall knowledge, compassion and professionalism of both Daniella and Simon is worth a 5-Star review along.

At 29 years old, an engagement ring was my first big jewelry experience. I went in with the basic knowledge, concept and budget I was looking for. Simon D. Jewelers was actually kind enough to special order a ring for me.

Over the period of 2-weeks I was in communication with Daniella about the ring asking questions and scheduling a visit. When I finally made it to their location, I was met with open arms.

In no way shape or form was I pressured into my purchase. Daniella and Simon were both extremely informative and had no problem answering all of my questions; and believe me I asked my fair share.

In talking to Daniella about which stone I was after, it quickly became a learning experience with a wonderful and above all compassionate teacher. Both Simon and Daniella really do enjoy what they do.

I was told how reputable Simon D. Jewelers often is, so I carefully compared to other stores and chose them for a resizing and soldering together of a wedding band and engagement ring.

I was told it would be ready in about five days and while it did take days longer than that, the reason for my lower rating was because of the rings being completely misaligned when I picked them up. The resizing (1/2 size difference) was great, but the rings not being aligned when soldered together and then rubbing on the finger/knuckles in an uncomfortable and noticeable manner caused me to take the ring in to a different jeweler that was quite surprised at the bad soldering job and showed it to the other jewelers at the store, further pointing out the unnecessarily large amount of solder used to solder the rings together.
