Got there at 8:30 and I understand you close at 9, but was the earliest I can get there with when I got off work. The service the guy wearing the jersey gave me was just poor, and me being someone who works with customer all day keep your thoughts to yourself. Felt disrespected when the employee asked me to “try to get there earlier because I try to turn the oven off at 8:45”. Okay well it wasn’t 8:45 and you’re open until 9 so if I want a warm sub after 8:45 I can’t get that? Then he proceeded to tell me to get there earlier 2 more times, and even told me I WAS LUCKY that he forgot to open the oven to cool it down, like what. Then orderer a pepperoni and ham for my wife just to find out when I got he didn’t even put the ham on it. Like come on dude say that to me as a customer and treat me that way when I’m here to pay you. And then you screw up the sub with something so simple. Due to this experience I’ll just go to a different subway further from my house and give them my money...
Read moreOrdered from here two times using the app. I like to add a lot of veggies on my sandwiches as i find its the healthier option for fast food. I selected pick up for my order, and arrived in the store early enough to watch the employees make my turkey wrap. They were discussing my order infront of me, and talking about the amount of extra veggies I asked for. One employee (named Jay, but there were no name tags), who was guiding the other employee on making my wrap, had said that the “moron must have selected almost everything on the list”. I do not think he knew it was me until I spoke up, asking the employee to do the amount of veggies I asked for. Never in my life have I been insulted to my face in a subway like that. At least wait until the customers are gone to complain about the order. Terrible attitude for an otherwise petty reason- would...
Read moreI went at 2p and there was one guy there. He was obviously new (later confirmed) as he had no sense of urgency for the 3 of us in like (later 4). There were no covers/lids on any of the food (usually there are? To keep flys out and prevent employees from sneezing in the open meat I thought?) A head knife was used to open a pack of meat (anything made with that knife is now not vegetarian). Gloves weren't changed between meats/cheeses and veggies (all veggies touched are now not considered vegetarian). The register wasn't opening to give change and the receipt printer was jammed. I don't blame this new guy, I blame whomever left him there unsupervised. He obviously wasn't to the point in training to be able to handle it himself yet. Sandwich I got was good, but I'm...
