The only reason I rated this Taco Bell with one star is because I couldn’t do negative stars! Today February 27, 2019 at 6 PM my daughter placed her order… At 6:45 PM we walked out with her order! Absolute worst experience from any restaurant in Coweta County!!! The employees were doing their best and apologizing to a restaurant full of patrons with no food, as their manager Latoya walked around on her cell phone and not one time offering to help but only stopped production to complain about another manager! I called Georgia Texas Enterprises, the business owned by Doug Augustine, only to get a recording because of course it’s after hours! But believe me I will call first thing in the morning along with multiple disgruntled customers I’m sure!!! I understand that once in a while you have a bad day and chaos hits, but that manager didn’t seem to care whatsoever that she had a restaurant full of people, with no food, and did absolutely nothing to help her employees rectify the problem and never once apologized or offered free drinks, gift cards, free dessert or anything! I commend the young employees, all teenagers, probably their afterschool job doing a fabulous job at trying to get the food to their customers, apologizing to customers and not walking out! Read moreThis is my families go-to location and to be honest the service can be iffy, but over the years, especially this past year they seem to be doing a better job! Tonight I went and there was an issue where they made the wrong order or something, the lady at the window was very helpful and you could tell she was trying to communicate with the kitchen and I and was really the only one who seemed to know what was going on and I appreciate her for that, it was a bigger order (about 7 items for my family) but she was helpful and friendly -good costumer service on her end for sure, she had pull up because there was a line and it didn’t take long to get it straightened out, I’ve gotten attitude from people at this location before (I work in food service myself so i understand how stressful it can be) but she was amazing-just wish I had caught her name :( hopefully her managers will see this -she may remember my order bc we talked for...
Read moreI’ve lived in 5 states across the country and this is a systemic problem that happens at every single Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Your employees CANNOT get the order correct. They do it 100% of the time. Atlanta, NYC, Winston Salem, NC, Denver, and now Newnan. It’s like they hire people who are too unintelligent to put food in a bag. Or maybe your pay is just too deplorably low? Even though we are now paying twice as much, your customer service just seems to go down. Why is that? I’m trying to give you money. I want to eat at Taco Bell. But your employees can’t do the simplest task successfully. What do you do as a company? Raise your prices by almost double.
