I was extremely disappointed tonight in this restaurant. I was disappointed in the âmanager of the dayâ as well as the owner. We had a party of 20, arrived at 3:45 pm and were seated on the patio. Heaters had to be turned on due to the cold temps. Once the room was warm enough we were seated. Ordered drinks, appetizers and food and Sherrie did an excellent job serving so many people. Our food arrived at 4:45 pm and the last of our party arrived at 5:00 pm. When the walked in and took their seat Liz (the manager of the day) walks out and tells us they had this patio booked at 5:00 pm for a week and she would ârushâ our last party members so we could leave because the other party had arrived. Keep in mind there were many other tables in the room. As our last guest were eating and the group were having great conversations and telling stories Liz and two other guys came back out, rearranging the tables and chairs by dragging them across the floor making as much noise as possible. At this point I had enough I told Liz I didnât appreciate her dragging the tables and chairs. I suggested if she had to move them she could pick them up. She continued to drag hers and the guys helper realized how inconsiderate they were and lifted the chairs from that point. I asked Sherrie for the owners name and number, she assured me she would give it to me which she did. My wife goes to the restroom and hears Liz explaining her side of situations on the phone. Shortly after that I was told the owner Russ was at the restaurant. I asked to speak to him and was told he was a âbehind the scene guyâ and I should call his son Brandon ( the manager) and tell him. As we started to leave I found Russ (guess he wasnât far enough behind the scenes) and expressed my dissatisfaction with Liz and her unprofessional attitude. Russ asked me to wait out of the way and he would get back with me shortly. Ironically I was not the only one that saw Lizâs attitude unacceptable. As I waited for Russ where I was asked, I noticed other member of my party engaging Russ about the situation, so I followed. Russ then asked me to step outside to continue the conversation. We walked out and explained our experience at his restaurant. He apologized and said he understood why we were upset, he assured me is customers were very important but he never said Lizâs actions were unacceptable, no discounts offered, and he never mentioned reprimanding Liz. He did tell me to call him before I came back and he would have me a table ready. He also assure me he would put up a sign to tell other customers if they were not satisfied to call him... Really?? Oh he did ask us not to post anything on Facebook!! So I see Russ as a âbehind the sceneâ, out of touch owner. Brandon, though I did not get an opportunity to speak to him, makes questionable decisions on who to leave in charge. Liz, was rude and unprofessional and anything I have to say about her could not be put on social media with out filters. Sherrie, great job. Food lacked a lot to be desired!    Read moreI came here for lunch. I was sitting at the bar. I was the only person at the bar. There were other people at tables. I ordered traditional wings and onion rings when I received my food I got boneless wings aka chicken nuggets. It took so long to get my order I was not going to send it back, the onion rings were over cooked to the point the outside skin of the onion was holding it together. I always tip according to my drink being filled. The waitress saw my drink and said I'll fill you up she never came back she was so busy talking to other customers and watching the football game. I ask a nice blonde lady and she filled it up right away I had to stare her down to make eye contact to get my bill. To make things worse I came back at dinner time with a friend hoping things would be better and give it a chance. Oh no the same girl was there I sat at the bar once again she never acknowledged me or my friend so my friend went to the manager he said someone will be right with you, the girl even looked at us and kept sitting and talking so we walked out.    Read moreOk guys I hope yall read these things! This is the 1st time I've order from this location, now I've had wings and things few years ago and longs from the the mcdonough location. We order 20 piece and a 8 piece Garlic parm extra wet and extra crispy and tender with other stuff, 80 bucks was the total with change To go. Got home and open the containers the wings were drowned in appears to be mild sauce and melted cheese on the wings. Which was odd, ever seen that before. I called back the store and was told that's how they do garlic parm. NO GARLIC AND NO PARM. basically was just mild sauce and cheese. My wife did not like them at all and after me eating just 5 the hottest was to much cause I'm a wuss when it come to hot stuff. Way reinvent the wheel in wings. So be cautious cause what u think you ordering may not be at the location. Never seen wings like this. Was a wing soup and never return or call this place again.
