This is a great experience if you want your order made incorrectly. It's just a bunch of kids working at night they don't care don't waste your time here. Struggle to make three burritos.. ordered a beefy melt burrito they gave me a cheesy bean and rice burrito instead and two poorly executed burritos that were so sorry looking it's an embarrassment to the Mexican culture .. the staff doesn't know the difference between beans and beef apparently or are untrained on menu.. maybe the computer screens inside and headsets do not work? shouldn't they be able to hear me? shouldn't they be able to read the screens inside? what about expo is anybody checking to make sure the food is correct? Portion controls are not correct at this location either they're not putting enough portions on the burritos and tacos... If you go to the surrounding Taco Bell locations it's super obvious that you are not getting the right portions at this location..So let's give this place a round of applause for not being able to follow simple instructions you get an F...
Read moreWent to this location last night after work. I had placed a mobile order for 5:15 pickup time, but didn’t get my food until about 5:40. Claimed there were a bunch of orders backing them up, and while I’d like to believe that, there weren’t many people there. Last few times I’ve been there have been really really slow if I’m honest. I really hope they get it together over there because this is my favorite Taco Bell. I’ve never had issues here in the past so I’m not sure what’s going on.
The food is still good, and was fresh, so I appreciate that, but check your bag if you come here. My order was pretty much correct, but they left out a couple of sauces, which normally wouldn’t bother me, except the ones that were forgotten were limited time sauces that were paid for. I respond with yes sir I would like to place my order please. He looks at me and says I have to use the touchscreen order board behind me . If that’s the case why do they have credit card machines near the registers at the counter . Is it just me or where has customer service gone . McDonald’s has a touchscreen self order but their employees are also trained and ready to take your order if you don’t feel like doing that . It’s called customer service . If your going to force me to ring myself up , why not also let me go behind the counter and make my order as well , maybe wash the dishes in the back too.
