Never ever order food for online pick up. I ordered my family's meal at 3:46pm to be ready at 5:15-5:30pm. I went to pick up the food. Literally, they said that since I wasn't there in a specific time (6pm), that I had to pay for the food, and then I'd be refunded the money in 7 to 8 days. After I paid for two meals again, I finally found the email so they could see the time I ordered my mask and the pick up time. The clerk asked for her manager to come speak with me. She looked up my order, which I could tell they never opened (the order was in bold darker font then all the other orders), and she again said I ordered my food at 3:56pm, so my order was void. I had to point out that I ordered at that time but my pick up time was way after 5pm. UGh! They finally refunded the money I spent, and then they filed the rest of the order I paid for online. BTW, I had to repeatedlyask then to make the drinks I paid for several times. They ignored me so but once the manager realized I was correct and they were at fault... Ugh!. I'm not mad at the cashier. I'm made at management at Taco Bell in general. They never opened my order, they tried to make me pay for something I already paid for, and then acted like I was a terrible person. I'm mindful and never mean. It was just terrible! If rather stick a hot pocket in my eye that deal with them or deal with Taco Bell online ordering again. That's...
Read moreJust came from location to pick up a quick meal for sons after work. They hadn’t had Taco Bell in a while and I figured at least they’d have some vegetables in the mix. WORSE Taco Bell experience ever. I don’t even care I couldn’t pick up 3 mobile orders through drive thru. I care that your rice was crunchy like it had not been cooked properly, the black beans tasted burnt. I had add ons I paid for but didn’t receive and how is it a Crunchwrap Surpreme was all soft? You didn’t even give me what I added on and there was literally no crunch all soft. I normally don’t give reviews because who cares right? I’m tired of that. I’m tired of businesses not doing the basic. I ain’t asking you to go beyond nor decorate your walls on the inside instead of it looking like you’re going out of business. You are minutes from KSU and so many other businesses. Do the basic- serve cooked rice, don’t burn the beans, have access to your mobile orders details , don’t add ice when it was said no ice, give ppl what they pay for add ons and please make crunch wrap supremes crunchy on the inside again or just do something different. Because tonight, you all failed at this location. You ALL failed to do the basic so maybe it’s time to do...
Read moreMy husband had the worst experience ever at this Taco Bell. No one was warned beforehand that they were understaffed & that the wait for food would be 20+ minutes. Many customers got their money back & left. By the time my husband could get someone's attention at the counter, his lunch break was over & he had no time to go anywhere else. He spent far too much time trying to get the employees to make the food for both him & his 2 fellow coworkers. My husband & 1 of his coworkers received their orders & ate. By the time they were done eating, their 2nd coworker still hasn't gotten his food. He didn't order anything special or complicated. Just 2 tacos & a frito burrito. This is unacceptable & yet the employees acted like there was no problem. No apology was offered. In fact, they seemed angry that they had to actually make food for customers. You have definantly lost 3 customers. This is no way to run a business. At the very least, people should be warned that there's a huge wait time before they order. It's the bare minimum of common courtesy & yet your employees couldn't even manage that. You've certainly given Arby's new customers. I'm sure they'll...
