So me and my friend decided to change it up from our usual pho place and try Pho 24, biggest mistake! When we first walked in, the restaurant was empty. Our instinct told us to walk out but clearly didn’t listen! We started with spring rolls and they were not appetizing. They were colorless, made with old veggies. I tried the chicken pho in chicken broth and when it first arrived, the smell just gave me an instant unpleasant smell! The dark meat in the pho was not appealing to look at, bean sprouts were old and they brought out the sriracha and hoisin sauce in a small plastic container with lid... together!! I had to ask for the bottles separately. I ended up eating only the noodles and leaving most of the pho. My friend ordered the fried chicken with fried rice. It was ok. The chicken was very greasy and so was the rice. The side salad that came with it looked lifeless and dull. I will not be changing my usual pho place for another ever again. I ended up with a severe stomachache leaving the restaurant. I give it a one star bc the mango tea, my friend ordered, was the best thing we tried...

The service was excellent – our server was super attentive and friendly. The pho noodle soup, made with a slow-cooked broth, was packed with authentic flavor and truly satisfying. The restaurant is very clean, cozy, and welcoming, which makes it a great spot for family, friends, or even a quick lunch.
As someone who works in digital advertising and content creation, I can clearly see the potential of this business to attract even more customers through platforms like Google Maps reviews and social media visibility. Restaurants like Pho 24, with great service and amazing food, deserve to be discovered by more people.

When noticing others were getting assisted more and more and we were stared at and the cashier/server's energy was more judging so we thought something was off. She felt to us as if she was disgusted.
When it came time to pay for the bill she just stood and waited. We thought oh she must have thought we'd run off without paying bill. It wasn't friendly or welcoming.

We didn't have the regular things we have seen we get in spring rolls in many states. Felt at home we would get those type things: cucumbers, cilantro. We only got lettuce, shrimp, noodles. We even saw it in their menu but they didn't produce that. We didn't understand that but we were polite the entire visit but didn't feel it was the type of location we'd...
