This restaurant after years and years of being owned by John and Vincent was sold several years back. But years back. I had a terrible experience the other night brought in a young lady and had dinner for 2 we ordered 3 entrees, a salad,a large pizza we were the only table in there at 435 o'clock in the afternoon so the server had plenty of time to Give us plenty of attention and did not. the food was terrible and when I complained and asked for the manager I was lied to and told to follow up for the gym. I did When I spoke to the GM he cleaned my clock and was abusive to me over the phone. I asked who the owners were and was told they would not give me that information. Someone who I believe finally was the GM called me up and was abusive would not I got a phone call today from a woman with a Korean accent probably miss park who I asked who she was and what her title was told me that she worked for Vinny's and she was Vinny's girlfriend this is a happily married man with children! I told her that she was a liar and I wanted to speak to the owners.. I literally had to go online and find the local licensing bureau for gourmet county to find out that the CEO is someone named miss park and that the owner is listed as someone named. Dong Lee. Korean Italian food you gotta love it! I won't be back in again and I am considering filing a lawsuit lawsuit against them not only for the terrible meal but the abuse after the fact! Spends your money somewhere else do not ever go into this restaurant you will regret it!. PS. The server took my favorite dish my chicken marcella away from the table we had 2 food on the table next to us an hour's away from the table unbeknowns to be and when I asked where he took it he took it back out of the garbage plates in the kitchen to give it back to me. Absolutely incredible this place should...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just got off the phone with Vincent, the owner. To say he was rude and obnoxious would be an understatement. Here 's what happened... 2 months ago I bought a gift certificate on Local Flavor for $30 worth of food at Vinny's NY Pizza in Duluth. The certificate states that its only valid at this location. When my son and i arrived, I saw a flyer on the window saying they would no longer honor their gift certificates at this location. The only other store is in Sandy Springs about 45 minutes away at that time of day.f I could'nt believe that was even legal (it's not legal under GA law!) I tried speaking with the manager but he had no reasonable explaination. I asked him to call Vincent and he did. Vincent said he didn't have to honor it and my solution would be to ask for a refund from Local Flavor. I asked him why he would sell a gift certificate and not honor it? We agreed that I did nothing wrong and everything was fine with the validity of the gift certificate. When I asked him to honor his it is when he got self righteous and obnoxious, "Are you telling me how to run my business? And, " Have you ever owned a restaurant? " Then he said the classic, "I don't want customers like you!" You only hear that one when an owner knows he's wrong! "Customers like you"... Does he mean paying customers who pay in advance for their food? They're tbe worst!!! Stay away from shopkeepers like this guy! They're always working some angle so they don't have to live up to their responsibility! Drew...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePizza and garlic knots were decent. The service was slow and seemed disorganized. We were sat in an appropriate amount of time and we're brought drinks in due order. However, after that it seemed as of we we were forgotten. A table seated after us had their appetizers brought out before ours, and another table's order was about to be taken before we had to remind the waitress that we were seted. She was apologetic, and took our appetizer and pizza order.
Then, when our appetizer was brought out, we had no small plates, like other tables had. The plates came when our pizza arrived, which was fine. Overall, the meal was good.
When it came time to pay, once again we were left sitting there waiting for the waitress to check in. I eventually went inside and asked for a to go pizza box and the check. We then had to wait a longer time in anticipation for the waitress to collect the check. We eventually went inside again to pay inside, and the waitress was again apologetic. This was the third time she had to apologize for something. I appreciate the apology, but at some point it becomes less effective. She seemed overwhelmed servicing the outside portion, and there seemed to be no organization as to which wait staff serviced which table.
May try another location, but this experience left little to be desired. It's a shame because I was genuinely interested in trying their food, but the experience overall left me disappointed...
