Too bad there isn't a ZERO STARS option! This is THE WORST Wendy's I've ever eaten at in my 53 years of living. I had told myself I'd never go back to this Wendy's after a horrendous dining/drive through experience about 3 years ago where they left food off our order that we paid for, got our drinks wrong and the food we did receive was extremely sub-par and not as we ordered. I even emailed the manager and explained the situation and asked for a refund. He asked for my mailing address to "send a refund check"...which, surprise, never arrived. Fast forward 3 years to today. In a weak moment we were craving the Wendy's of my youth...juicy & hot and prepared to order. Against my better judgement we decided to give this Wendy's a 2nd chance since it had been remodeled in the last year and I was hoping maybe management & food prep had improved. Boy was I wrong! It was even WORSE! We waited in line @ 7:30 pm at the drive-thru for at least 15min to get our food. There were about 6 cars behind us and some of those got tired of waiting and pulled out of line and drive off. There were no cars in the lot or people eating in the dining room. We were told the hold up was "waiting on hot fries to be done cooking". Well, that was a total lie b/c the fries were room temp when we got them. The burgers were a disgrace. The meat wasn't even warm and they tasted like meat mixed with sawdust, so dry you could hardly choke them down, like they were cooked several hours ahead and left under a non-working heat lamp. I fully expect to be sick tomorrow from eating what few bites I could stomach. When we finally did get our food, the drive-thru employee just opened the window and handed it to us w/o saying one word...no "thank you" or "sorry for the wait"....nothing; just opened the window, handed us our bag and then closed the window. Lol Krystal hamburgers are a gourmet dining experience compared to this this place. I will never return to this place again. It's a total mystery how this place has stayed in business. Save your time & money b/c I promise you ANY other place you chose will be better than this place....

Not sure how it went from pretty good to worthless enough for me to write a (well deserved) scathing review, but it's back to us former "pretty good" status but it's back so i have adjusted my rating accordingly. It's still slow compared to other fast food burger joints but, hey, that's what you get with Wendy's since it's made to order. I don't go there often because it's also more expensive than other places, but again, the quality is better as well so.... That's what you get. The food is dependably consistent and the fries are slightly better than they used to be now that they've changed the recipe or whatever. I'm just glad ownership got a clue because this place is right down the street from where I live. It's not like I'm a Wendy's fanatic or anything but, due to proximity, I find myself going there on occasion now that their service is once again quite good. I'm leaving the original review and the hopes that ownership never lets it get that way again lol
I live down the street and come here often. Food is fine and srandard wendy's quality. 1 star rating because the service is such a JOKE. I've benn waiting for my frosty and a double stack for 20 minutes with only two customers ahead of me. Its been like this since the building was rehabbed. Honestly I don't remember if it was this bad prior to that but I didn't have terribly positive impression of it prior but now it's by far the slowest and most horrifying customer service I seen in a fast food restaurant. The manager or managers should be fired and replaced and I'm actually a relatively easy going person when it comes to expectations of minimum wage fast...
Read moreHey there my name is Tyler I just left Wendy's here where I waited in line just like everybody else and after getting to where my order is generally taken. There was nothing but silence for 5 to 7 minutes. Also sometimes my truck doesn't set off the sensor so I obliged to go ahead and pull around. When I got to the window I explained to you " Shan". That I have been waiting and I said hello four times in and of which I received no response. Can I please get a number nine. She said oh you have to pull around again I said well ma'am that is not fair I have waited just like everybody else and nobody took my order can you please just ring it up here. "no I have other customers to deal with" and you need to pull around again. I said no I'm not going to do that I will sit right here. I sat there for a moment she went back to apparent work before coming to the window again and saying you need to move right I'm going to call the cops. So by the time the cops would have got there and we would have dealt with the situation it would have been much longer than to just give me the chicken nugget meal my wife who just got home from the hospital wanted for dinner. But her pride stopped her from doing that because of the attention she needed to show her other customers. Extremely unprofessional and to be in a management position and deal with a customer like this absolutely blows my mind. I will continue to search for the franchise manager or owner to share...
