Usually rude employees late at night. Food is never ready, despite being a fast food joint.
My recent experience as a DoorDash driver at this Wendy's location was challenging and highlighted several areas for improvement. Despite the well-known brand and typically good standards, the wait time for order pickup was significantly longer than expected, extending to about 15 minutes. This delay not only affected the delivery timeline but also impacted my efficiency and earnings for the hour.
Additionally, the interaction with staff was less than ideal. While I understand that everyone has off days, being disregarded and receiving subpar communication does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from Wendy's. It certainly added an unnecessary layer of difficulty to the delivery process.I believe in constructive feedback and hope that this review serves as an opportunity for Wendy's to enhance its operations and staff training, especially in how they interact with delivery drivers. A mutual respect and understanding can greatly improve the experience for all parties involved—employees, drivers, and ultimately, the customers we serve.
Looking forward to seeing positive changes and potentially revising my review after a more favorable...
Read moreThe overnight managers should be ashamed of themselves and the behavior they displayed tonight. Monica is very rude, I drive for uber so I pulled in line where nobody was and was told I had to drive around and come back to the window to receive food. When I just asked for my pick up had to argue about just getting the food then was told to pull up to the door and window was slammed in my face while trying to ask a question of which door to pull to. After pulling up to the door I waited and watched 2 other cars get their orders. So I backed up to the window as the “assistant manager” walks outside with the order. While at the window I asked for the store number the corporate number and the female managers name. The associate was gathering the information the male manager walked up to my car and handed me the food and proceeded to tell me he was the assistant manager and he could answer my questions I informed him that I would like the information written so that I didn’t forget again the window was slammed and information was never given to me he proceeds to tell me that he is calling “newton county” and tells me they are not giving me any information. Smh the overnight “managers”...
Read moreThe people there have low to no guest service skills. The card reader went down when they were taking my card payment so the young women at the window just said that as if I was supposed to pull off and find somewhere else to eat. I just replied okay, so she repeated it and ask well did the payment go through? I just said idk, so she literally repeated the card reader went down as soon as I was taking your payment. I just said okay again bc that is not a solution that quite literally means nothing to me. I’m not sure what I was to do with that information besides exactly what I did which was wait until they were able to take the payment and get my food. The problem is the workers poor problem solving and guest service skills. She just rolled her eyes and turned around and closed the window. But why wouldn’t she explain the situation and offer solution, not sure but they really need to hire better help because to not even have the common sense to just apologize for the miscommunication explain the situation and just offer different solutions is...
