If I could give zero stars, I would. I got so much attitude for ordering 4 kids meals (all chicken nuggets) and 2 regular meals. As if that’s an obscene amount of food to order. Even if I ordered 25 kids meals, the restaurant should be flattered. But this wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. Trinity, was talking so much smack about me and the window was open. She slammed the window closed and proceeded to talk very loudly about me to the other workers. When they opened the window to give me my drinks and food, I asked her what the problem was because she was very obviously irritated and talking loudly about me and the other worker stated “she’s not talking to you.” To where I stated, “she’s talking about me. As if this isn’t a place to order food, she’s mad that I ordered food? If she’s mad I ordered food, she needs to get a different job.” I just got off a 16 hour shift at the hospital and was picking up food for my family. This was to be quick and convenient and she made the experience negative. Customer service is so important. These people taking orders and giving you your food are the main interaction you get and if they act this way, the business will go under. I live directly behind this restaurant and my children eat a lot of nuggets, but I can assure I won’t be going here again. I called the manager to find out what the actual issue was and she was very sincere in her apology. She said she was going to retrain her employee but Trinity, if you’re reading this, you need to marry a man that will take care of you if you don’t like to work baby. 🥰 I sure hope you get whatever you need to make you not such a hateful person. Read moreI drove to Wendy’s last night before 10:00pm . All of the lights was off . I passed it looking for it. I drive in and it looked close. The menu light the Wendy’s sign all was off as if the staff did not want anymore customers to come in. Anywho I get to the speaker and they are open I’m like ok cool. I order my food . Pay for it and the young lady that was taking care of the orders said they was making me some fresh fries. So I pull up to the front door waiting on my fresh hot fries to come out with my order. So she comes out with my bags of food cool. I didn’t check it before I left I knew I should’ve but anyway. I get home not even 3 mins away and my food is cold everything my fries was over cooked and still cold my son nuggets was cold cold. I ordered a $7 Biggie bag .I go to bite in my bacon double burger and it tasted awful like it was expired meat disgusting I almost threw up! I went and drove back up there and tell them how nasty the food was the manger said she will make the order herself. She apologized she will redo my whole order for me. Ok cool. I check it fries are fresh and nuggets. Boom get home bite into my burger and it had the same taste as the last one. I take off the top bun to see what’s that nasty taste. I taste the meat and it didn’t taste nasty. I look at my bacon and it looks like it was frost bitten. It was half cook and it smelled horrible . It was old expired bacon. As you can see in the picture I posted the bacon is light and bumped up like it’s frost bitten and it was still cooked. It was old expired bacon. Very disappointed. Read moreOk I NEVER write bad reviews, but my service was so bad this morning 9/7/22 around 8:30a. I just had to to tell you all to go to another location. First I opened the Wendy's app to see what coupons they have, seen the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for BOGO, cool I'll stop by.
I went through the drive-true, ordered pulled around, no one was at either window, waited like 3-4 min then she came and didn't say anything just opened the window and stood there. I showed her my phone , she scanned the coupon and still didn't say anything (I'm waiting on my total), so I gave her my card anyway, she gave me my bag and yet she still didn't say anything (guess she was on the phone), no receipt so I pull off, check my account and she didn't apply the coupon.
I went back thru the drive thru and told her and she was like, yeah that's for mobile order only with BIG attitude. Now I use this app all the time at other locations and when its for mobile order it don't load for in store or it clearly says mobile order.
I'm 1000% sure she is STEALING money from this location and that's why she avoids giving receipts and clearly lying about Appling the coupon.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this location, they don't seem to care who they hire. Pretend you care a little, just a little if I'm spending my hard earned money.. at least put her in the back cooking, definitely don't need to be...
