BUNCH OF LAZY LAIRS:
Had a mobile order they couldn’t fulfill so the manager showed me in the app where to dispute it: Few weeks later I go back to redeem the code given in the app and I’m greeted by the EXACT SAME manager and cashier as last time. They insisted that I did a “survey instead of the claim” so my code was for the wrong thing… I reassured them multiple times that I did what they instructed me to. They continually told me I was wrong.
After they argued at me for a few minutes I said ‘regardless of which survey gave me the code, can we enter the number so I can know what it’s for?” They FLAT OUT REFUSED. I told them what liars they were and drove to the neighboring location.
At the other location I had ZERO issues or hesitancy to help me figure out what the code was for. The manager at the Hairston Rd location even went as far as to listen to my whole issue on her personal time because she’s had so many other customers come to her location after having terrible experiences here at the Memorial location. Even as I was leaving the Hairston manager was showing other employees how to handle other codes like mine if they’re met with a similar situation.
Please save yourself the sanity (and your safety) by going to ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE ON MEMORIAL/ GEORGE LUTHER. It’s also increasingly unsafe with how many homeless people they let hang out in there daily. Today so many of the chairs were taken up by their personal belongings- One of the stools had just a stick of deodorant and a bunch of blonde extensions just sitting there. Keep it classy, ladies. Read moreWendy's was cool. As a CORPORATE restaurant. Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes, they don't. Example: I went and purchased the 4 for 4(which isn't anymore. No problem). I asked for no bacon on my burger. It was put on it anyway. I had to go to work. I saved that burger until the next day. When I took it back, the manager, after totally not acknowledging that I was at the counter, remade the whole order. STILL, Yup! You guessed it. Bacon on the burger yet again! She gave me the whole meal. I'd have much rathered my burger and my burger alone. WITHOUT THE DARN BACON! Lol. I just gave the whole meal away at that point.
I'll return when I get the urge for Wendy's again. Hopefully, they get it right
No. I gave yall multiple tries. Today is Oct 31st 2024. I absolutley despise yall service. This place needs to be REVAMPED. Should have hired ME. As a Manager, I dwear I would get this place operating the proper way. They so busy in there fratenizing and cursing, on them dang on phones and really dismissing customers it is ridi ulous!!! But chatting it up skinning and grinning in them young ga gstas face. Really whomeber is the store manager need to be let go. Probably regional too! Its a tri kle down affect for real. Read moreI literally just left the drive-thru and needed to write this. This is newly renovated building. Only the 2nd time I've been there both times via drive- thru. First time, food was hot and taste like any other Wendy's. It's incredibly slow from the time you'll get in the line, to ordering, to pickup. At least 30 minute wait... at least. This is not even the reason why I'm writing this. As Im in the line, I can see into the restaurant with a clear view to the staff because the line is wrapped completely around the building to the street. Anyway, one of the staff,the fry guy specifically is eating more fries with his bare hands than he's serving. That's not even the nasty part. The fries that he's scooping into the container, he's partly eating the one's that drop, the rest he's picking up.. with his bare hands and tossing them back into the bin. Nothing covering his hair while he scratches the back of his head, serving some fries eating others while drinking out of an uncovered cup over the food waiting to be bagged. Too much! I mean he really forgot he can be seen through the window. Gloves,hair net,and maybe let the staff know they are not to eat and drink while on the clock. Problem solved! Just take a break,supersize it,eat it and do your job right with sanitation...
