How I wish I could not give this place a one star. Ms Morgan, the cashier is so freaking rude it’s called crazy! My total was about $6 and some change. Ms Morgan charges me $10 and provides my receipt. I glance at the receipt and I inform her that was not my order. She grabs the assistant manager who gives me a full refund. I try to ask Ms Morgan could I pay the correct total, she tells me no because I made it an issue my food is free! Well, didn’t ask for free food but thank you, I was only trying to make sure my God daughter received her food!! This lady goes off on me because she messed up and charges me the wrong total. If I wanted to make that an issue I feel like I might have had the right! Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. Manager was preparing MY food with no gloves on and scratching her head. DROPPED MY FOOD IN A HOLE ON THE COUNTER AND PICKED IT BACK UP AND PUT IT IN THE CARTON. I asked to cancel my order and for her to come close so that I could explain why without grossing out everyone else in the place. After explaining she said "they don't allow us to wear gloves". I said that doesn't make any sense when you're working with food and the other employees do have gloves on. All I can think was bc she was also working the window she wasn't supposed to wear them at the window. I asked for a refund again and she said I'd have to wait and walked off. EXTREMELY RUDE. Read moreToday, on friday, Sept 11, I've noticed that a new manager or employee, a black woman, seems unfriendly towards deaf people like me when I try to my order at the drive-thru window but she refuse take my order without pay yet. However, I haven't had any issues with other coworker nor manager being rude or distracting in the past months It's essential to remember that the ADA law protects the civil rights of deaf people, including the right to use drive thru services for the fair for them.
