Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

Let me start with oh my goodness, not oh my goodness good, oh my goodness bad.

We are Dining in, she never asked and I didn't think to say dining in, because everyone always ask dining in or carry out This store actually looks new. Walking in, it looked pretty clean, bright lights really bright lights, I could barely make out the menu at first, the lights were that bright. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich just the sandwich and a bacanator add lettuce and tomato combo this comes with fries and a drink. my smokin hot wife ordered a salad and a small hamburger with lettuce hold the tomato. The girl kept saying biggy bag I'm only thinking she telling me biggy bag means super size that bacanator, so back and forth with bacanator biggy bag so I agreed yes biggy bag. We get that drink filled up, the whole time my wife is filling up the drink I'm thinking that's a really small cup for a biggy combo, but oh well free refills. The search is under way finding the perfect table, we found the 1 table that was clean, or looked to be clean, the rest had either sticky stuff on them or crumbs, I go back to wait for the food after standing waiting this 1 lady kept coming back in saying her order is wrong and she's trying to get attention to herself by speaking loud about her order, I just wanted to get my food and mind my own business. After a 20 min wait our order is ready all bagged up, I didn't say a word, but we are dining in and it's been 20 mins, get to the table, blessed it in Jesus name, now let's find and sort out who got what, the first sandwich is a BBQ chicken sandwich that's mine it didn't look good at all, the next I'm not sure, The next I'm still not sure, what's this chicken nuggets hmmm I didn't order any chicken nuggets the salad looked good.so I got up to get someone. Because I just couldn't take it back up there because all the bags was torn open for plates as I approach the counter the first menu board hits my brain "biggy bag combo" comes with chicken nuggets a little burger and a small drink I pass up my opportunity to complain about my order, grab a few folks and a bunch of napkins go back to our table and force down a meal I was conned into. BBQ chicken sandwich was a cheap fried chicken patty with a piece of red onion and BBQ sauce squirted on it The very little burger had bacon on it The little bit bigger burger had lettuce and tomato on it The salad looked good but was room temperature The fries were room temperature The chicken nuggets that I didn't know I ordered was the best thing I'm not even kidding

We got our belly's full of stuff we either didn't know we ordered, food that didn't look all that good, or at room temperature If this is the type of service you are looking for in a fast food restaurant. This place is for you If are not a good person I highly recommend this...

I went there Wednesday the 21st. It was busy and I was expecting it to be since it was the day before the holiday. I ordered two meals and waited to have my name called. The guy calling out the names kept being interrupted by this once customer with requests and questions. After that he seemed to have called behind because two customers after that came up to ask for their order. I waiting patiently because it was busy and they were doing everything they could to keep up. After 25 minutes I got impatient and asked for a refund. The cashier who was amazingly nice looked at the receipt and the screen and realized it was still up there and it was almost 30 minutes I was waiting. The guy calling out the orders then claimed he called my name. I was waiting there the whole time and heard him call others but not mine. I simply said I didn’t hear or see him call my name as I was standing there. He moved the bags towards me (two bags which I saw sitting there for a god while) and I said I just wanted a refund. He took them with him back to the fry station where he mentioned to the lady working that station that I was returning my food after he had called my name and she went on to comment on how that was a waste of their time. The manager came around made no eye contact and asked the cashier why I was asking for a refund. She pointed at the screen and said, this is still up there it’s been 30 minutes. He attempted to refund it and after 6 minutes both finally figured out how to do it (which I asume was a post void since there’s still no refund on my acct and just a pending balance). He never spoke to me, asked me anything or apologize for the wait. The manager pretty useless. I spent 30 minutes there watching him sluggishly struggle to keep up and attempt at helping his team. The big 7 foot tall guy calling the ordered needs to find his voice and project. He called the order 1 softly 2nd time a bit louder but half the time the customers had to go up to ask for their orders. And the manager never corrected the behavior. ...

We eat here 4 to 5 times a week because it's close to home. Usually we get breakfast (which I LOVE), or have lunch. The last 3 times we have been there for dinner my order hasn't been what I ordered. I didn't complain the first two times because I still enjoyed what I recieved. However, tonight, I didn't get the sandwich I ordered (yet again) and it was the most disgusting burger ever. The meat was dry, cold and obviously old. Not even heated... my cheese didn't melt the slightest bit. The night shift is a joke. We even waited in the drive thru at the order board for 7 minutes before they came to the speaker to apologize for the wait. (I thought at least our food would be hot and fresh). Didn't happen. I will say that the nuggets (I don't usually like them) were the best part of my meal. Also, while at the drive thru window, I was handed drinks while continuing to wait for our food. When I was handed the food finally, he said "I gave you the drinks for the people behind you. I gave them back ( they had not been drank or even had the straws in the cups yet), but he took them back to give to the next car. GROSS!!! What if I was sick or something?! He wouldn't even know! Because of that I will never return unless it's for breakfast. At least that shift has good management (hopefully). I may not even be back for that... I would have given ZERO stars for this visit, but that...
