Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

Noway was working the counter the night i was ordering while in my car in the parking lot. I was weighing my options with all of their really good deals on the app and then got a phone call from an old friendnd. So my car was in the parking lot for quite a while. Noway came to my window to make sure i was alright. I think he was genuinely concerned, since all he could see was the back of my car. I explained that i was trying to find a certain birthday offer that i thought i saw before but didn't see it, then an old friend called and we talked for a while, but im fine and will order when i find the offer i want to use. He was cool with that, no problem. When i ordered, i actually placed 3 orders with the app (one at a time) so that i could use more than one coupon. Kind of a pain, but with all the food i got for under $3, it was well with the hassle. My food came up after a bit of a wait, but i think that was my fault. I think i placed my first order for pickup in drive thru but then walked in to get it. Then before i could place my 2nd order, the first one needed to be completed, which is just how the app is set up. The food wasn't too bad. I appreciated Noway for giving me the extra onions i requested. Everything was a little cold but again, mostly my fault, since i didn't eat until after i got to my destination, about 5 miles away. I did eat the fries on the way and they were hot and fresh. But when i got to my cinnabuns, there was barely any icing and the bun part was hard as a rock, like they got microwaved for a minute or 5 on high. I had to throw them away. And was the item i ordered with my points. But there was nothing i could do, since i was already too far away to get them replaced and they were already...

Let me just explain to you why I'm leaving this negative review. Don't get me wrong I LOVE Wendy's. I've had a long term relationship with this Wendy's ever since my freshman year of high school when I dated this boy solely based on the fact that he bought me a jr bacon cheeseburger with medium fries every single day. Yes I know that's probably unhealthy, and yes I gained a couple pounds during that relationship, and no that's none of your business. The real reason we are here today is because you have WRONGED Wendy's. You have made me feel like my whole life is a lie. I've been genuinely hurt and distressed for many minutes after reading your description of Wendy's. "Fast-food burger chain known for its shakes, as well as sides such as chili & baked potatoes." First of all you don't even sell milkshakes so I don't know why you would lie like that. Second, noah fence but chili and baked potatoes???? Really?? Are you actually kidding me..... Wendy's is more well known for their Jr bacon cheeseburger or their nuggets in my opinion, and many people on my finsta will agree.... like why wouldn't you mention those at all I just don't understand? I've never met a respectable person that would get chili or a baked potato over a jr bacon cheeseburger or nugs. I just don't understand how you could say something like that. I've been a loyal customer for years but I am boycotting Wendy's until you change the description. Do whatever you have to do, just get it done dear god because I don't know how long I can go without a 4...

My sister was hungry & craving something quick to eat, she orders food & when she gets home she tells me that they gave her the incorrect order. She ordered a nugget meal which SHOULD come with fries & a drink. Instead they gave her nuggets, NO fries & a random burger. My sister has a food allergy to where she can’t eat cheese. They gave her a cheeseburger which she couldn’t eat & wasted money paying for a meal she did not receive. Whoever took her order at 8:50pm & gave her the incorrect order I hope you stub all your toes, all your pillows are warm, you’re late to work everyday & have all your orders incorrect whenever you try to go out to eat & see how that feels! If this wasn’t the first time this location got our orders incorrect I would not be leaving a review. I have went here for years & the very last few times I ate at Wendy’s my order has consistently been incorrect no matter how I order. Last time my sister went back because my order was incorrect & she told me the cashier had an attitude like it was my sisters fault that our order was wrong. If y’all just gave us the correct orders this wouldn’t even be a problem. All the people working here need to be FIRED they can’t even handle simple orders & have no customer service skills & if you even politely correct them or tell them that something is wrong they flip & start being rude & mean to you!!
