WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Georgia

I had never been to this franchise before so I checked out their website. I registered so I could access their VIP menu. Then I headed to this location near me to place my to go order. I ordered a wings and a special Philly cheese steak from the VIP menu.

When my order was up, they showed me wings and a burger. I explained I had ordered the Philly cheese steak but the young girl was confused and got the manager. Manager tells me "We do not do Philly cheese steak. Just wings and burgers." Which was confusing considering what I had saw on the menu. So I agreed to accept the burger and went home.

I'm a big wing fan and have tried many places. I order medium buffalo at any new place for evaluation. Not a fan of the medium buffalo sauce here. Wings themselves were decent size and quality. The burger was ok. Nothing special really. If I want a burger, this is not the place I will think of. Now for the best thing we ordered with the wings and burger.... THE FRIES! Jenny was phenomenal!!!! I called her to request that WnB Factory-Chamblee do the catering for our distribution center's October staff meeting, and we were blown away. Our monthly meetings take place on three consecutive days due to the size of the staff and the number of shifts. Jenny was accommodating and professional through the entire process, patiently taking all orders and making last minute changes without complaint. Best of all, every pickup was right on time! We ordered Rice Combos of various flavors and not only was the food well prepared and absolutely delicious, it was also extremely plentiful. Everyone commented on how heavy the boxes were..OMG. Wifey loves wings and a contest, so when she created a "Best local wings" contest and determined that the WNB wings were the best, she always turns to them for her wings fix! We ordered a bunch of wings and a bacon cheeseburger for take out, and for the great value price of and extra $2 we were able to make them all drumsticks for 20 pieces; that's a great deal! We chose the Thai chili, sweet bbq, and hot wings flavors, and while wifey loved all 3, I enjoyed the bbq and chili ones the most. The burger tasted like a nicer big mac; it was a good burger. The price was reasonable, the speed of pickup was reasonable (considering they made the wings after ordering: they were piping hot when I checked them), and the flavors are very good.
