I tried this place for lunch and I am glad I made the trip. Their service was friendly and answered my questions about possible options to get. I went with the jerk ribs rice & peas cabbage and a side of plantains. The only thing that was left were the bones. Sure enough some of that sauce was on my shirt. If you pick up the ribs with your hands just be ready to catch them with your plate. They fall off the bone type of ribs. There was some bbq sauce but blended well with the season. The cabbage was seasoned and tasted freshly cooked. Let's talk about the plantains. Perfectly cut and cooked. I can't even get that can of plantain quality in a Spanish restaurant. Best I have had. They do have a lunch special and plenty of side options. My only regret is not trying their juice. Next time I am trying the jerk chicken and stew.

Recently tried this spot over the weekend after craving some Jamaican food. I’m glad I picked this place because the food was amazing!! I ordered jerk chicken with cabbage and mac & cheese also tried some oxtails with rice & peas, plantains, and a side of collard greens. Their mango lemonade was delicious too. The food was cooked extremely well and you can tell it was freshly cooked. The meats were very moist and nothing was dried out. It was very clean inside and the staff in the front were nice and patient while I decided on what to ordered. They will show you your entire order when bagging so I was sure I received everything I ordered and so made sure I had my utensils as well. I’m definitely coming back.

I been hearing about this place on IG and looked on Google and it had good ratings. So I decided to try it. I went on there it was a Lil kid a register I asked for 2 things on menu and was told they don't have smh 1st flag. So I ordered jerk chicken with white rice and 4 cheese mac. Paid 14$. Ok 1st the portion is horrible they basically gave me leg and thigh. It was bake jerk chicken another red flag had no taste the mac and cheese was just not it at all . I am jamaican jerk is suppose to be grilled. All the good reviews are from Americans who don't know no better . Plz Don't go here for no authentic jamaican food.

Please don’t not go here. This was the dumbest and rudest experience, it so many other Jamaican spots you can try. I just left this location, when I walked in it was 0 menus. Two ladies working, I asked how much is a plate, no response while she’s standing dead in front of me behind the counter, I asked again. She said it depends on the price and started fixing a plate for another customer. another came up and I asked how much is beef stew and two sides she said we don’t have beef, I said how much is it for chicken and two sides she said it depends on the price of chicken. Then she went mute, I said ok thanks and walked away. What was so hard about telling me the price of a meal!!!??? Even if it was the minimum??? This is why I don’t support certain businesses cause that was dumb & rude . Like I have never experienced such rudeness at a RESTAURANT. Not to mention the food didn’t...

I'm sorry, but I went here (drove 1/2 hour in the rain) today for the 1st time and let me leave this HONEST review! I am so disappointed!! Portion size was very minimum, the curry chicken wasn't very tasty (I had to jazz it up at home). The mac & cheese was horrible!! Bland with very little cheese for it being advertised as "4 Cheese...". I wont even insult the store boxed mac & cheese cuz honestly, box tastes better!! Cabbage was watery with no taste! Rice & peas? Where wer the peas?? I saw maybe 4 in my entire meal! Never seen authentic Jamaican rice & peas with only 4 peas lol. I paid too much for this food & wud have been much better off at Golden Krust (which is where I started to go, but wanted to try something new 🤔🙄 Terrible decision...NVR again!!! I'm praying for yall to...
